The main issue with this product is getting it connected to your wifi network. I have purchased two of these and setup was challenging on both. Since setup, I've only had the wifi connection drop one time. Overall, its a pretty good product if you catch it on sale and are just getting started and trying out home control with Google or Amazon.

The Smart LED Light Bulbs require the 'Sengled Home' app in your smartphone for them to be controlled via Wi-Fi, otherwise they'll just operate as a standard light bulb controlled by the light switch on the wall. The included HUB allows for automatic operation from a trigger device such as an ON/OFF Window/Door Sensor or a Smart LED Bulb with motion Sensor (both from Sengled), The Sengled Home App takes a bit to get used to but once setup they work like a charm......buy it....but it is suggested you get a trigger device to fully take advantage of all the features.... :)

You must have all the parts within 10 feet of each other when setting up or it won't work. Such a pain if you're replacing ceiling bulbs, but once I figured that out, it was simple. The bulbs look good, and the app is self explanatory. For the price, these are great.

the only thing that is hard is initial connection part/ connecting to wifi once done. very good product and the app is also very user friendly.

I must say I have both these and the Hue light and these are more responsive than Hue light. They light up faster and go offer quicker. The Hue lights seem less responsive. That with the Google and Alexa assistants.

Smart Switch or Smart Bulb? If you are venturing into the realm of smart lighting, you'll probably have to decide between smart switches or smart bulbs. Smart bulbs like these are a great alternative to smart switches, especially when you don't have a neutral wire and want the ability to control individual lights.

Great product for the price. The app could use some work but overall works fine. I had no problem connecting the individual bulbs that arrived with the hub. I bought more bulbs & that sucked. It would be easier if it was clear to scan extra bulbs 1st before installing them. I installed them & then had to go around and unscrew them to scan in order to sync.

Easy install! Got it working with app and my Alexa in 5 minutes. A great deal that it came with a hub. I can now add more light bulbs anytime.

When I first bought these lights and set up in my apartment. I felt like it was very easy to set up and use with google home. And then I moved to a new apartment and setting up these lights again felt like a biggest task, and If I remember correctly , the second time while I’m setting up these lights in new apartment, the setup process seems like completely different. And now it’s been more than 2 months I’m living in the new apartment and still facing issues setting up these lights. I’m not even able to set up a single light and connect it in the app to control switchless.

This product is great especially for the price. My only issue is that it does not work with Apple and that the lights do not dim low I’ll enough to where I really want it.

I was a bit hesitant at first about making the purchase because of some of the bad reviews, but because of the deal of the day price I decided to try this light kit. I did experience minor difficulty with setting up the app, but after I got the app and alexa to respond there hasn't been anymore issues. My experience has been well worth the money, outstanding for the price.
