I've been using these at work and they are great for the office where you still need to be aware of you surroundings. Pass through is great. The sound is full and clear Highs and lows are pretty amazing for 100 bucks. Great buy! Oh, and the cable is replaceable! I don't remember seeing that anywhere. I purchased an after market cable with a microphone and that is just an amazing combo. Wish BestBuy sold that so I didn't have to hunt for it.

Can’t complain about ANYTHING for the price. They are decent sounding open ear headphones. Bass is heavy/muddy and the build is much cheaper than a hd600 or similar. I didn’t have a problem with the 1/4” cable especially at this price point. They are a good set of headphones, don’t expect to be blown away though. They are comfortable.

Excellent headohones to use along your home theater which are what are made for...not so much for music. The bass in this headphones is very heavy which is not great for music with lots of instrumentation such as guitar sounding not very clear b/c the bass overshadows it. That qualities are great for movies not so much for music. P.D: The cable comes with an 6.35 mm jack connector not 3.5mm.

Great sounding headphones. Not too expensive. Very comfortable after wearing for an hour. I highly recommend them.

Since my wife and I generally watch different TV programs, I decided to purchase a set of headphones that I could plug into my Yamaha AV receiver while I was viewing my programs on a nearby television. I purchased the wired Sennheiser HD 559's and I must say, I was blown away by how great the sound was! Now we can literally watch different TV shows without battling each other with the volume buttons on our respective remotes. I have also found these headphones to be fantastic when listening to my favorite music as well. I am truly a happy guy!!

These are great headphones. They are comfortable and produce great sound. I haven't found a better set in this price range yet.

Quite possibly the best over the ear headphones I have ever owned. Sound quality is amazing and being able to hear others call out my name while having them on is nice when at work listening to music.

The quality of construction is high. The comfort, about average the big disappointment was sound quality. Better than Beats unless you like a bass-heavy sound but not what I'd expected from Sennheiser. Didn't come with a jack adapter either which seemed miserly for this level of product unless they don't intend it to be used with mobile devices.

I purchased these headphones to pair with my headphone amplifier, I absolutely love these and there are really good for the price . Will recommend to anyone who wants to get into audio but not break the bank doing so .

Sound quality is pretty good. No 3.5mm adapter included. Already losing stereo sound (i.e. one ear cuts out occasionally) after a week. Semi-open back bleeds enough that people nearby can hear what you're listening to.

The big downside was I do not like the canvas material on the ear muff piece. How are you supposed to clean them!
