Works great, Love the benefits of a minisplit

Regarding the 12,000 BTU mini split from symbol I've had it hooked up about a month now and I couldn't be happier no problems

AWESOME! Couldn't ask for anything better. Got it for 12x40 shed and it performs so well and it is quiet. Love love love it and will recommend and get more in the future!

So far everything seems to be working great

I installed my 12000 btu senville leto single zone 120v mini split about a month ago. So far so good!! The installation was fairly simple. I am an electrician by trade so that part was covered. Being this was the 1st mini split i have installed the rest was a little more time consuming but mostly due to taking my time, following the instructions and doing my research. Moving foward, based on the longer term performance of this unit, i plan to install 1 or 2 more throughout my house and can imagine it would go much quicker being i now have some experience. The performance so far has been flawless. It has kept my living space nice and cold on some especially hot and humid days. As far as the heating performance i cannot review due to the hot july new york weather we have had thus far. The controls are pretty much self explanatory. I have not completed the app set up. One thing ro note is the unit only comes pre charged with enough refrigerant to fill a maximum on 25 feet of line from outside to inside. Anything more would require an extra charge at your expense. Overall (again after 1 month of use) I am extremely happy with the quality, ease of installation and the performance of this system!!

Am very pleased with the mini split purchase from Senville. Just got it installed so I'm not sure about the longevity of the unit but am happy so far.

Very quiet

Price is reasonable Received unit in a timely manner Followed instructions and made connections of high pressure and low pressure lines. Performed suction and checked for leaks in connection and all connections were good. Opened valves and there was only 10lbs of pressure in the system. Called HVAC company to gas a unit that was supposed to be ready to use. He vacuumed the system and checked for leaks then added 454b Freon and unit now works great after and additional $250 for a service call!

This unit has exceeded my expectation. We have been experiencing temperatures in the high 90s. . I had this unit installed in a 12 x 24 storage building but I am using for an office space. It cools down to a comfortable temperature in less than 30 minutes and it's very quiet.

The unit has been in operation for about a month. So far I am very pleased.

After install, got code for low refrigerant. No leaks, system is good to go. wasn't charged enough so now i need to pay more to get refrigerant put in and another service call.

I love the mini split AC but I wish I could've gotten a bigger unit. This one struggles to do my whole house. It was my only option though as my main panel had damage to it and I couldn't install a sub panel and only had 1 pole left to put a circuit into. I'm sure if I had been able to do a 24 BTU I'd be ecstatic over the whole thing.

Insulation was pretty straightforward did everything that was required I don't understand why I don't get a warranty because I did it myself you sell it for do it yourselfers but then you expect us to go out and hire a HVAC person doesn't make sense Don't sell acid do it yourself installation then.

Loved it so much I just purchased a second unit !!

Prefer your website perated unit versus Alexa operated unit. Hard to install. Needs a very strong technical background to get it going. Not that happy about my purchase.
