This is my 9th Senville Mini Split I have Installed the last 5 years. I have never had a problem with installion or the units production. Good quality system at a resasonable price.

So far so good. I will update down the road to comment on durability and how it does with our humidity and then winter

I bought this system for a client. His wife likes the bedroom to be cool and appreciates being able to quickly and easily adjust the temperature for a comfortable night's sleep. She was initially concerned about the brand's quality, but I recommended this system, and they are delighted with it. Thanks to the Senville team for the high-quality equipment.

So far so good. Really enjoying the unit and its inverter technology. Very quiet and seems to be very efficient.

The unit installed well. I bought a base with it that did not come with nuts, bolts, and washers. The base legs were not predrilled like I saw on the website so that was annoying. Other than that the install went well. Would consider ordering another one as I'm an HVAC installer and this was my first go around installing a Senville. Over all I was pleased for the price point.

The mini split is working great. We love it!!

Fast shipping and good packaging! Instructions were clear. Installation went smoothly and works great! I especially like the FP( frost protection) feature. It is installed in my shop and when not using it I leave it on FP and it keeps the shop at 46degrees. I have the Aura model in northern VT. Temps only in the 20s so far but it throws a lot of heat and also has a defrost feature for the outside unit.
