Working great

Still new to the brand but Awesome products so far have several in different properties

The 18,000 BTU SENA/18HF Mini Split Air Conditioner and Heat Pump was easy to install, and I experienced no issues at all. It has a clean, attractive appearance that looks great in the room. The unit functions well, and the supplied remote control is simple to use. Even with outdoor temperatures reaching 100 degrees, it operates efficiently and is whisper quiet. The real test will come this winter when temperatures drop to 15 degrees below zero, but based on its performance so far, I suspect the cold will not phase it. This is a great unit at a good price. I am very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend it.

I just finished installing 2 of these in my shop on July 1st. They were easy to install, I was able to pull vacuums on both down to 250 microns. Started systems up and got my space down to 72 degrees in about 2 hours while it was 95 degrees outside. Very nice product so far! How to enjoy them for years to come. Tim

It is so wonderful and quiet! The room air is warm down on the floor as well as up high! The same is true when we are cooling the room! My houseplants will benefit from this mini-split controlled air also! Thanks for a great product!

Impressive

Simple installation. Would have been nice to have everything needed to be done explicitly explained but online there are plenty of videos explaining. Works great.

So far so good. Can tell it is cheaper materials than name brand equipment but functions as it should.

Although we haven't had the opportunity to use our unit in the dead of winter or middle of summer, we're very happy with the results, so far. It's installed in an office space so the fact quietness of the indoor unit is a big plus. Our building sits next door to a residence, which was a little concerning at first. However, it's so quiet, they don't even know when it's running. It heats our 650 sq ft office space very well and the heat is consistent, without any large swings of heating and cooling down before it heats again. If there's a downside, it's the installation and user manual. As a custom home builder, we are familiar with mini splits, but find it wise to follow the instructions on any new product. The biggest issue we found was that the manual instructs you to do things that have already been done from the factory. This can lead to some needless confusion. In the end, it was installed without any issue and works great.

I've had a lot of compliments on the unit, it seems to be working like it should. So for so good, I have only had it for about two weeks. I can provide another update on it at a later date. 11 -11-2025 is today's date.

We have installed several of Senville units. All seem to work very good. Some are 3 years old now. No problems so far.

Noise level is so low we didn't think it was running.

This unit works beautifully. The next generation coolant has no trouble dealing with the hot, muggy weather. The condenser unit outside is very quiet.

Works great. Had a minor issue with the mounting bracket but all in all seems like a very good unit
