This unit is easy to install and runs quietly. If I had one complaint it would be the thermostat controller, seems to run a few degrees lower in cooling mode. No biggie if I want 77 I just set it to 80 and it works fine. Actually can't wait for winter this thing is going to save me a ton of money.

I haven't got installed yet the HVAC company is supposed to install it on 12 October or I would've given the better star rating Once it is installed and going, I will write a review but the Ease of purchase was great. Had a few hiccups because I wanted to send to my property in Virginia, but they were looking out for me and I cannot send it To my address in Virginia, because it did not match The billing address on my card, which is OK I know they were looking out for my security so that's why I only give a three star for now. I hope to get it going 12 October and then I will write another review. Thanks.

So far this product has performed well. Although there was an issue with a faulty control board, Senville immediately replaced the board free of charge. I am very pleased with Senville's customer service.

Been installing these systems since 2017 with zero call backs to date !! Have about 7 different wall units in my home and really love them for heat and cooling in areas I want to condition only

This is a great unit. I will buy from Senville again and I have already recommended them to friends that have now purchased from them.

Love it! It works great and it is really nice to be able to control it from my phone. It is located in my shop where I build guitars and because of the comfort it provides I don't want to leave my shop. It is so quite I forget it is even on at times.

Finally able to sleep comfortably in my new house.

Unit itself is very nice. However the instructions and WiFi connection needs attention. Ended up using online videos for the install and as for the WiFi, I haven't found any good answers.
