Very easy to install, performing exactly as hoped, turned an unbearably hot workspace into a cool refuge.

I only had it in for 2 months. Please send another review in 3 years and see how she's working. I've never used your product before. So as of right now, everything is working. And I'm very satisfied.

Easy to install works perfect that's what I need for my bedroom only confusing was delivery come in at three package different days.

I am replacing a 10 year Senville old unit with this Purchase but have not done so yet. My current unit is just mainly for our Master bedroom AC and is still functioning which is great as the first few times it did not want to function. When I do put the new unit into service I hope it functions as well as the 3 Senville units zi have now.

Very nice unit. Seems to be of good quality. I had the unit installed by a local ac contractor to maintain the warranty. I like that there is parts support for it too.

The only thing that would have been better would have been if I could have installed myself. It had to be installed by a licensed ac guy. It was hard to find someone that didn't want to sell me a unit to. I really liked our old one so that's why wanted another one. The guy we finally found was great and will use him again. The other thing that was bad was fedx didn't deliver all the boxes at once. It took 2 days for them to find the 3rd box. But love the unit itself. If I have to replace again I would go bigger. The old one lasted 10 years and we didn't buy it but I think that was great life span.

I love it now that it has been put in! It is so quiet and easy to run. I also like the Alexa capability. It definitely cools my tiny home, even in tne lofts. The HVAC guys out it in and it seemed to go smoothly.

This unit is perfect for where it was installed. In a small three season sunroom that was converted to a year around living space. It is a life saver for heating and cooling the area.

So far I've been impressed with the price, shipping, apparent quality, however I am still in the process of installing the units. I bought 6 units and have been installing them myself. I will have a qualified contractor install a electrical sub panel to allow for individual breakers. My biggest frustration so far is with the instructions! Terrible and lacking the most basic info. The connections for the wiring can be challenging. Sometimes depending on the unit head size the template does not allow for the pipe hole cover to be completely concealed. A 2. 5" diameter hole may be sufficient for a 9k unit but go for a 3" or even 3. 5" hole so as not to try and force the lines through. There should be line cover options for unusual bends. Not all runs can be direct and linear. I could continue with some minor gripes like one unit missing the screws for the electrical line tension holder. Other than that I'm very excited to finish the install and try them out. Also wish they were Apple compatible. I'll follow up after they are up and running. I have high hopes!!

I purchased this unit because I liked that you could get it with a 25' line set. I replaced my Della unit. I regret ever purchasing a Senville kit. There are no HVAC techs in the area that will work on Senville units and Senville knew that and still shipped me the kit. I have installed 5 other units on different tiny houses and have had zero issues. The line set flares are trash? The remote is massive, the app doesn't work and the interior unit froze over after 3 days. Completely trash.

The unit is outstanding. You should be putting the unit in every RV made in America. The only thing is the cover sold. What or how it makes any sense is beyond me! I have mounted it on out side of Motorhome and it is of no value in this application.

We have bought 3 of these so far and I can't say enough great things about them. . . . super quiet and they really cool the whole house just like central air. The "follow me" program on the remote is phenomenal. I only wish I would have bought them years ago. . . never again will I buy window units. . . . oh and our electric bill has been cut in half. . . they are simply wonderful
