I don't yet know how durable the bonded leather will last. But at first look this chair is a good quality at the price. All details look great. I really like the look and comfort. Just one minor mistake in the cut: The "L" shaped thick metal piece that holds up the back of the chair cannot be screw-tightened flat on the bottom plate of the chair, because the edge of the metal is too long it has to sit on top of the metal panel of the center post. That makes the back of the chair forming an angle too acute with the seating surface, one has to sit leaning forwards uncomfortably. I fixed that cut error by putting a stack of 5 penny coins on the outer edge between the "L" metal panel and the bottom plate, everything is OK after that. Someone else who cannot think of a way fix the problem may have to return the chair.

Nice Chair Overall
Really nice quality chair. I only have two complaints which is why I’m rating 4 stars. The arms are a stained wood. Nice quality but the chair rubs under my desk and is scraping the stain off the back corner of the arm. I do wish the seat cushion was a little more padded for my comfort. I think that’s more of a “me” issue vs. the chair but for the price and brand I was expecting more. Leather quality is really nice and I love the color. Looks lux compared to a basic boring office chair.

big and not tall
BestBuy: First time it was shipped it got lost in shipping. Dealing with BestBuy to get it reshipped was easy but it was still a day late the 2nd time. The chair: Pain to assemble. Most chairs iv assembled were easy, this one I had to force together. I picked this chair because I'm 6'5, 275lbs and its sold as a big and tall chair. If its a big and TALL chair then why are the arms the same height as a standard chair? I would recommend this chair if your big, but not if your tall or big and tall.
