Very comfortable chair. Assembly took around an hour, and wasn't too difficult. Looks good too. Held up well to use, but I'm only a month invested.

Chair is comfortable but we had difficulty with the assembly. It took two people to hold the pieces close enough to place the screws and tighten them.

This was a butt saving purchase. So comfy. My gaming chair I had didn't last long.

I bought this as an alternative to a chair which was seemingly causing my legs to swell after an 30 minutes or more of sitting. It was easy to assemble, comfortable to sit in with better arm rests and has stopped the swelling in my legs, regardless of the amount of time I sit in this chair.

started to give out so quickly, arm pads cracked and tore within months, padding started to wear. my old chair squeaked after a year or so but otherwise held up perfectly so i trashed this thing and bought another of my old one. i know chairs are pricy but they’re worth the investment - pass on this

I, absolutely, love my Serta Executive Chair. It is the most comfortable office chair that I have ever owned and I have owned a lot of chairs!
