Home office chair. Sit in multiple hours a day. Soft, back support is good but lacking just a little for lower back. Would still recommend.

Very comfy chair. 5'11" average build and when sitting upright the chair goes to about the base of my neck. wheels roll smoothly as well

The box arrived with only four of the thirteen parts to put the chair together - and the chair was damaged. I returned it. Aside from that it didn’t even appear to be an official serta chair which I thought was really weird.
