Well priced. Very comfortable and compact which is important in my small space. I wish that the seat height adjustment would allow it to go a little higher, but that is a minor concern.

Started great, ended poorly

So I got this a while ago and it did fine for the first couple of years. But it quickly went downhill when the metal frame holding the back snapped in half on one side. Quickly became a hazard, so I've lost my computer chair for the time being.

Did not receive the chair ordered but instead a chair weighing 52# instead of 18# and valued at almost 3 times as much. Was a complete nightmare dealing with C/S to get the wrong chair picked up. Nothing they committed to do after 6 calls ever happened. A week later I finally spoke with someone that was able to get it taken care of. Done with Best Buy.

I have had this chair for less than three months. After light home use, it won't go up and down. Why do I always get the defective products?
