I've only had one issue with any of the quality products I've purchased from Best buy and it was a Samsung surround sound system that the warranty expired on. But my service plan replaced it. Since I waited so long to report the issue I was having because I didn't know that it was supposed to do which was a display on it that wouldn't light up. So since my model was discontinued I had to take a different model then what I had. But very pleased with what I exchanged. It's worth the extra for just incase your black cloud opens up.

The service fee is great because it handles the repairs and also takes care of the parts needed for the repair. Highly recommended.

I don't think you should have to pay a service fee if you have Best Buy Total. You already pay $200 a for it that should be taken care of.

Nope, not really happy about this hidden fee, when I have to pay for protection plans AND an annual fee to keep them active?!? Nope.

First it pricey. Then it doesn’t cover everything then want to charge for a few to send and repair it when it should cover it and the fee to fix a PlayStation 5 pro is 79 so not cheap. Maybe this s Plan is not worth getting
