Q: So if the unit was removed from the vehicle does it indicate removal in the app?
A: If the unit is removed from the vehicle, the app immediately notifies you that the device has been disconnected. Additionally, the device has a built-in backup battery, which allows you to continue tracking the location of the removed device for approximately 20–30 minutes after it’s unplugged. This gives you visibility into where the device (and vehicle) may be taken right after removal.
Q: What is the difference between the $49 GPS and the $200 GPS?
A: The GPS hardware itself is exactly the same in both cases. The $49 GPS is the device only. After setup, you choose and purchase a tracking subscription directly in the app (monthly, quarterly, or yearly). The $200 GPS listing is a bundle.
