Actually I love it! It’s light weight and it swivels around low items very well, reaches anywhere and is small for storage, yet powerful. Handheld or vacuum style or long nose reach for hard to reach soots. Plus has HEPA certified filter so great for pollen mold spores, micro bugs and dander, basically all the allergy issues. Charges fast and has a power plus lever. Totally glad I got this one at a really affordable price

Have owned this for less than a month now. The wife loves it. We have an older Shark that still works from time to time but the motor started to give out after owning it for 3 years. I don't know exactly how long these stick vacuums are supposed to last but these are great for people with minimal carpet and have no more than 1400 sq ft of space to vacuum. If you have anything above 1200sq ft with all carpet, I'd recommend two batteries or a corded vacuum. The battery lasts approx 40-50 mins if you're not using the extra turbo mode. Sucks exceptionally well and holds a little more trash than our previous model. We prefer removable batteries in case it fails we replace it vs the other brands with fixed battery and only last about 35 mins. Another plus is it stands on its own and doesn't require a wall mount. I find wall mounts unnecessary and hideous to look at. I don't know why people are upset that this doesn't have a wall mount. Not having a wall mount makes it versatile in storage and still takes up the same or less space. The only reason I wouldn't recommend this particular model is because of the new wand design. Standard accessories from any other vacuum will not fit. No longer has a circular wand. It's a completely different shape and no available shark or aftermarket accessories that I have found on the market. So the cleaning reach is definitely limited. In my opinion that's worth removing 1 star. If you use or like having the option of flexible wands or different type wands ... You're out of luck with this one.

I loveeee this vacuum and I’m obsessed with carpet lines so I had to leave a review, because this little vacuum achieved my goal. The suction is great. It stands upright and even has a light on it. I used it for the first time today: carried it around my home with ease. Tackled my steps which is carpeted, my laminate floors and other carpeted aread and both worked amazing. It has settings for both (multi surfaces and carpet). After vacuuming was completed it was a breeze to empty the handheld vacuum and remove for storage purposes.

This vacuum is a must in your household. Easy to assemble and easy to use. Once fully charged I can vacuum my house completely; I have a six rooms in the house. I could not believe my eyes when I how much stuff this summer machine can pick from floors and carpet. Easy to maneuver under the bed or couch. My dog doesn’t mind the noise as it’s softer than other vacuums I have had. I used to put dog out in backyard as she always tried to bite the Vacuum cleaner around her. Not an issue anymore. Love it!

I really love this vacuum so far! I use is for my guineas, rabbit, dog and bird messes! It’s super easy to disassemble for different uses also super small and quiet while being super hefty for the job! I absolutely love the ease of no cord and easy fast charging!

Had a Shark previously and it worked very well. Bought this one for two reasons: cordless and pet hair. It works really well. No pet hair on the rollers. Has plenty of power and the battery lasts plenty long between charges. I like that the battery can be removed to charge. But, for being a vacuum designed for pet hair it has a pretty big flaw. The wheels on the front before the rollers. After only a handful of uses the wheels were FULL of pet hair. So much so that they don't roll now but slide across my hardwood floors (ones that can scratch). Not very impressed with that design. And to take the wheels out you need a special security bit to remove the screws that cover them. So I spent over 15 minutes with a razor blade removing hair from around them so that they will roll and not just slide across the floor.

We own both Dyson and Shark products and its easy to see that they compete with one another across various categories. In this one, I'd say Shark won. For much less money, you get a very capable, very lightweight vacuum that tackles hardwood floors, carpets, the car, and makes a great bug-catcher when a house centipede or spider finds its way into your home. We have a moderate-shedding dog and she was the main reason we bought this. It does a great job picking up her half-inch length hairs, and the built-in HEPA filter was another major selling point for me. Only complaint that I have is that it doesn't stand up on it's own. They should've included a cheap metal stand for the price, but it sees so much use in our home that it is always floating around different rooms anyways. Using the 'high power' trigger off and on, we've found we get about 20-25 minutes on one battery charge, which is just enough to get to every nook and cranny in our apartment.

Quiet compared to other cordless vacuums and has a very good battery life, I can vacuum my whole 2 bed apt with only one charge. I like how it doesn’t need a wall mount, you just slide it onto the hook on the stick and it stands on its own so you can put it anywhere. It’s also pretty light which is nice when using the attachments.

This is the first time buying a cordless vacuum cleaner and I don’t really have any complaints. The suction works well and the battery life is decent.

I bought this for Black Friday and I’m glad I did. It was hard decide between this and the Dyson V8 which was $100 more expensive. It’s very easy to assemble and has the right amount of suction power. Good charge and light weight.

We needed a mop for a predominantly hardwood floors in our home. It definitely puts us at easy knowing we can clean the floors with ease and even clean mud, soda, grass stains! It picks up any hair or debris that’s on the floor with ease even lower carpets and rugs! I use it to clean the foam cushions in our kitchen and haven’t had any issues! I love the self cleaning feature so I never have to worry about the machine itself being dirty or needing serviced.

I bought this vacuum partly because I love my bigger Shark vacuum. This vacuum works great and is perfect for quick clean ups and light enough that my 8 year old can use it easily. The handheld option comes in handy for all kinds of things. I am very glad I bought this. It definitely makes quick cleanups much easier!

Good item. I like the attachments. Only reason is 4 stars and not 5 is the battery life. Maybe lasts 45 minutes full power vaccuuming. I have 3 cats and this sucks every single hair out of the floor and carpets. I Can use to clean my car too.

Exactly what I wanted to replace my old plug-in vacuums. Easy to asemble and use. Excellent battery life.

It does the job, I’ve had it a little over a week but vacuum daily. Easy to use and charge. Disappointed in how cheaply these are made. The aluminum type coating on the stick scratches on first use if brushed against anything. The little wheels on the sides of the base collect hair and won’t spin so eventually scratch the flooring. This is my second one, hoping the newer one would be better and it’s pretty equivalent to my Shark from a year and a half ago. I bought a new one because I was unable to get far enough inside to clean out something clogging my suction.

Great little cordless vacuum. I have 2 inside dogs with long hair. This picks up hair very well for a small vacuum and keeps hair from tangling in the vacuum head roller.

Does a great job in cleaning would highly recommend this vacuum cleaner for it is lightweight and does a great cleaning

Its not as great as picking up dog hair as I thought it would, but it is lightweight. When you take it apart for storage, it has the tiniest port to hang the top part and I guarantee it will snap off someday. It also doesn't pick up anything from the sides or the front, so be prepared to pick up anything near a wall or sofa leg with your hands. Would not buy it again.
