I bought the previous shark robot few months ago with the 2 year exchange warranty which is worthless. The previous shark robot had issues with wet mopping. I bought this on sale. I went to bestbuy to exchange and they told me i cannot exchange with same model but they will let me return it and buy again with full value. Not a very good warranty exchange value and it breaks after few months
