I bought the previous shark robot few months ago with the 2 year exchange warranty which is worthless. The previous shark robot had issues with wet mopping. I bought this on sale. I went to bestbuy to exchange and they told me i cannot exchange with same model but they will let me return it and buy again with full value. Not a very good warranty exchange value and it breaks after few months

Prefer roomba

I had rommba before and got this one because roomba had service issue. While this one was quieter than the roomba. The actual things I am preferred for the roomba were less to do with the robot and more to do with app. I found the shark not as good on the app side. The app was technically better for BASIC. If someone was not as savvy etc. But coming from the roomba I missed several features. Like.... Roomba can have multiple floor plans, so I could bring it down and do the basement every now and then. The shark only has 1 map, and that 1 map would have to be deleted if I brought it to do basement. Shark scheduling is limited and basic. You can only either schedule a session to be mop or vacuum can't mix them. With roomba I would vacuum a room and then mop it along with other rooms... The roomba let you choose the order of rooms. Shark, you just choose rooms and I guess it does closest room to it first.. I want to be able to choose because some rooms the bot it more likely to get stuck in than others. Also, some rooms are more important than others so I chose those first so if water runs out or it gets stuck, it did the important rooms first. Roomba let's you choose to do 2 passes on a room and you can set the different suction level for each room. Shark you set the suction level for the entire session of rooms and no option to do a room twice. Roomba was way better with the app options.

Product not worth the price

Too expensive for the features. It's not very user friendly and does not have multiple floor options. At this price I would expect top of the line product. Cleaning is great however any other robot vacuum can do the job
