This steam mop does a surprisingly good job. Still learning what it can be used for.

I went through 2 of the Bissell power Fresh steam mops. The trigger broke on the first one and the second power fresh mop I purchased stopped producing steam. I will not buy anymore bissell steam mops. I switched to shark, and so far so good. I love that you can remove the base and use it as a hand held. I also love the pads you scrub with come up the sides allowing to get the baseboards as you are mopping. The shark pocket stick is great!!! It just works!

I love how the steam cleaner cleans the ceramic floor. I recommend this if you have ceramic floors. The mop part of it washable which is the best part,

I had an older model and wanted an upgrade. Shark products came through again no complaints and I like the steam function for my curtains.
