I was so excited to get this expensive fan. My expectations were too high, and I was disappointed in cooling a 10x14 room. Can hardly feel any breeze, even on high!

Not being able to feel sufficient airflow in a 10x14 room, even on the highest setting, is certainly not the experience we want for our customers.
