Missing part, and seller will lie to you
KAIG Posted
The product arrived with a missing item, I messaged the seller about it and simply asked if they could ship me the missing part. They agreed, after waiting for a week for a shipping number; I reached out to get an update. They hadn’t shipped anything, I wanted to return the vacuum as I had bought for that mini motorized attachment that was missing. Unfortunate the gave me 48 hrs to return and I was on emergency call for work. Vacuum works but missing parts and seller will lie to make you keep it . BEWARE !

Easily gets clogged unfortunately. It does get all the hair and unseen dust. Very easy to clean.

Hi there,
Thank you for your review.
We're deeply unhappy to read the Cordless Detect Pro gets clogged easily, even though it's doing a great job picking up hair and hidden dust. We can understand how disappointing that can be when you're looking for a smoother cleaning experience. We're pleased to hear it's easy to clean, and we've noted your feedback on the performance. We'll be sure to share it with our product development team for future consideration. If you ever need any support, please feel free to reach us on 1-877-581-7375. We're available Monday-Friday, 9 AM-9 PM EST, and Saturday, 9 AM-5:30 PM EST.
Kind regards,
