Bought this for my sister. She has all wood floors and tile in her kitchen and bathrooms. She liked it a lot. Makes cleaning her floors fast and easy.

I love my new steam mop. My sister had a Shark Steam Pocket Mop for years and I always though it was a great product. I have tile floor in most of my living area and the dog is always leaving water drops on the kitchen floor. I like the fact that it is environmentally friendly and uses water only and the mop head is washable. I dislike how everything is so disposable - wipes for this, wipes for that. Nothing disposable about the Shark!

I lke it because it cleans your floors alot better than regular mopping.

We bought this because steam to sanitize the bathroom floors sounded like a good idea. I didn't think I would use it for the kitchen and large tiled floor areas but tried it out and it cleaned the kitchen floor better than anything else I have used. I like that it is light weight, especially when doing large areas. The swivel head works great in small areas like the bathroom. I'm not sure if I will get tired of having to wash the cloth head cover but I like not having to buy disposable pads. I also like that it cleans without having to use floor cleaning products which will also save money.

OMG! Absolutely awesome. I love it my floors look good as new. I wish I knew about steam mops earlier in life. It cleans the floors so good, the best part you don't have to touch nasty mop head

Great value for the money. Left floors looking clean and shiny. Light weight and the cleaning pafs wash up nice.

This is a very cool gadget it helps you to clean your floors and it’s easy to use. It’s very simple and I found it to be much more hygienic than the traditional mop that you have to ring out. It says it’s a shark mop, but I don’t have a shark so I use it on my kitchen floors instead and I clean them really good. I can just imagine how shiny the shark would get. Although because it is corded I wouldn’t recommend trying to go into the ocean to try to clean the shark unless you have a very long waterproof electrical cord but again I wouldn’t try it because of that water doesn’t mix with electricity thing. Maybe it’s just a name I don’t know

This product is just okay. Not terrible but not great either. I guess it's good for the the price.

Floors were so shiny! Didn’t get into the grout, but overall happy with the results. Relatively easy to use.

Pretty good but i wished it scrubbed. I really had to go over the floors a few times before it picked everytging up.

Works great on tile & marble, easy to use, and all at a reasonable price.

This is actually my second shark, had my first one for 9 years. I used it on a weekly basis. It sanitizes floors wonderfully without using chemicals, which is important if you have small children. I do wish the tank was larger, but overall I highly recommend this product.

The cord was not long enough. There was no power button, you had to unplug it to power it off. It did a fair job of cleaning. Easy to use. Price was right,
