My wife tells me how bad I am at housekeeping all the time. But when this Steam Mop showed up. She had to change her tune. At the very least I look forward to cleaning now. Super easy to use. Just add distilled water attach the pads and you’re on your way. I like to pretend like I’m polishing the floors of some important building but the truth is cooler than that. The pads can be thrown in the washer and dryer which saves on over buying replacements. Just plug it in and let it guide you. Steam and clean and look in disgust when you see how dirty your hardwood and tile floors collect. I am glad that I waited for the notification. This puppy sells out fast and now I know why. It has brought harmony in our home. My wife is actually complimenting me on how clean the floors look now. It’s a win/win no matter how you write. Great work Shark and Thank you Best Buy for the the return period if necessary. Looks like I’m keeping it after all.

I have real hard wood floors from the earlt 1900s in my apartment. Its a renovated old mill. That being said, theres alot of old stains etc. I am a clesn freak. I vacuum the entire house every single day, and i swiffer twice a week. With the floors being so old and real wood i just felt like i wasnt getting as deep of of a clean as i wanted, so i bought this. Used it today for the first time and WOW. I got my own spray bottle and pre-sprayed my floors with Odoban because i really like the smell of it. After that i used this on the light setting for most of the house and the normal setting for heavier traffic areas. This is a photo of a fresh unused cleaning cloth and then the two that came off after i did my house then a picture of the floors I have. I live alone. No kids, nothing and shoes come off at the door. Im very clean. I vacuum everyday and swiffer twice a week and this thing still got THIS much off my floors. I am very impressed.

I was happy to get my New Shark Steam Mop from Best Buy for same sale price as on Shark website. Best Buy site was easier to deal with than Shark bought extra pads , fast shipping. My mop work like a dream, think I like it better than my old Shark Steam Mop

Cleans great and I love the simplicity. Easy to use and doest require maintanance. Just use distilled water and wash pads in washer.

It does a good job for what it is. It is not a vacuum, and the floor has to be clean before using it. I have a Bissell Crosswave as well and this does better at getting down into the grout, and along edges. But I use the Crosswave to clean the floor and go back over it with this. It pulls up more dirt than the Crosswave. But it needs to be vacuumed up after. Both in combination does a really great job on my tile floors. My whole house is tile I hate sweeping and moping. These 2 together are so much easier, and do a way better job in half the time. And don’t leave the dirty mop smell!!

Shark steamer works spectacular! So clean after one wipe ! Best part you take off the pad and wash it and reusable all over again ! It’s easy to clean when you have three kids and dealing with cleaning around the house , now it’s easier and saves me up so much time ! I can’t believe I even have time to be in my phone wit write this review about my shark steamer ! 100 stars I would rate !

Portable, light and cleans well. This is the scrubber that our kitchen floor tiles have been waiting for. Easy to use and powerful scrubs that are tough. The steam is legit and scorching hot. Great value overall!

Had been looking for a good mop for our LVP flooring that was quick and did the job without taking all day. Easily the best mop we gave owned for our flooring!

Love, Love this steam mop - who knew that mopping could be fun?? All of our flooring is tile or hardwood and a pain in the rear to keep up with taking into consideration all of the 4 legged kids running around and living in the country. Contemplated this purchase for months and so glad that I finally talked myself into it. If you are waffling on purchasing this dream mop just do it, you won't be sorry.

This is an absolutely amazing steam mop. I have had several steam mops prior to this purchase, and this by far surpasses any other brands or models. This steam mop gets every floor extremely clean and leaves no streaks. I highly recommend this steam mop!
