Bought this handheld vacuum because of BENNY. Freaking Benny. Part terrier-chihuahua, part mini-dachschund, all hair-dispenser. Gus, my beautiful black beast Gus, labradoodle german shepherd mix... he only drops a few black hairs. NOTHING compared to Benny. After countless tape rolls, and using our regular Shark and its attachments, we finally decided to look for an effective handheld designed to pick up pet hair. This vacuum does not disappoint! We used it 3 times in the first week we opened it. That's how much hair BENNY let's go. It works great! It's a bit loud, and I'd have liked if there was a more elegant charging mechanism so we could easily store it away without resting it on a countertop while it charges. Otherwise no major complaints. The battery lasts about an hour or two depending on the heaviness of the cleaning task, before requiring charging. It's more than enough to vacuum our large sectional and all 10,000 pillows on it, as well as most of our carpeted staircase. I'd highly recommend this vacuum.

The Shark UltraCyclone Pet Pro+ CH951 is incredible! It effortlessly picked up my dog’s mess, from fur to crumbs, with powerful suction. The self-cleaning brush saved me time, and its lightweight design made it easy to clean everywhere, including the car. Definitely a must-have for pet owners!

I love this vacuum! I initially used AI to research for a good, hand-held vacuum and this one is great. I purchased one for my son first, he loved it so much that I had to get one for myself. It has great suction and it comes with useful attachments.

I absolutely adored mine. This is my second vacuum in this brand and the rest of my relatives also have theirs. it’s easy to use suction is strong very handy and does it job! Highly recommend.

This cordless hand vac is Amazing! It is lightweight and very powerful and makes cleaning my home, stairs and car and or other areas extremely easy. It also looks cool and has perfect accessories to get any job done!

Surprised by the performance. Attachments do what they are supposed to! The pet hair attachment actually picks up cat hair! Easy to empty. Battery holds charge well.

A great vacuum to clean up pet hair on furniture! The only concern I had is the compartment that holds the dirt/pet hair isn't completely enclosed. My dog's hair is super thin and I find hairs sticking out of the compartment. I will include a picture of what I am talking about after a quick small sweep. It's not like it spews out, so it's no problem for me and the vacuum does a great job of picking up hair especially with the Pet Power Brush!

I was absolutely amazed by this handheld vacuum! Even though I know the brand is good, this exceeded my expectations. It's an excellent choice and gives me much better service than other vacuums I've tried. I can use it literally anywhere!my car, my home, any surface, even picking up my cats’ hair! It works better than some very expensive ones I've had, and I can reach any corner easily. I'm even planning to give it as a Christmas gift to my mom, who also has kittens, and to my kids for cleaning their cars. Highly recommend

Love it! Best purchase I made. We have two dogs and there is always pet hair. Great vacuum to clean the stairs quickly and get hair and dust out of corners. I use it every other day and my home feels much cleaner. I even used it to vacuum my car. I cleaned the filter today, very easy to do. A full charge lasts about 30 minutes. I just keep it plugged in all the time. The pictures show the filters, I left them out to air-dry.

It is a great little hand-held vacuum. Nice attachments and easy to empty. The powered brush seems to work well for smaller tasks on furniture, but I still rely on my Shark Rotator Lift-Away's powered brush for this. I would prefer it to have a wall-mounted charging base, instead of a simple cord, but that's not a dealbreaker.

At first it was great for picking up my dog’s fur. But after 2 months the suction power isn’t working as well.

First off it doesn't look like the advertisement with the glossy gold details,it's just plain dull banana yellow accents. I've got a 2 bedroom 800 square foot apartment that's always clean for the most part but I needed something more practical for light cleaning like baseboards, around the trash, and small carpets so I bought this hoping for the best. I'm fairly happy with the suction but honestly I've never owned a hand held before so I don't have any comparative knowledge. What I don't like is the run time before the battery dies, barely enough time to complete enough cleaning, maybe 20 minutes but it felt more like 15 minutes. If you have pets and they are allowed on furniture on a full charge you'd MAYBE have enough time to thoroughly clean a couch,love seat, chair and maybe some kitty litter but then it would definitely die, less time if you use the pet brush attachment. Overall it is not bad I'm just not happy with the run time.

Just under a year of owning and the clear "nose" of the vacuum where accessories are attached is cracked in two. Not even sure how it happened, we are not hard on this unit at all. It does appear to be made of a cheaper/more brittle grade of plastic so a little dissapointed--there are a couple accessories that no longer fit due to this issue. Will be contacting Shark to see if they will back up the product

We typically buy Ryobi products but decided to try the Shark because of recommendations. We’re happy that we did. It’s great for steps.

I cheaped out and got this vacuum rather than a Dyson. It wasn't as good but worked fine. However, less than a year after purchase, the clear tube where you switch out the attachments started cracking and crumbling. I spoke with Best Buy customer service who directed me to Shark as there is a two-year warranty. I emailed back and forth with Shark a few times, even sending pictures, but they've since ghosted me. Finally gave up and purchased the Dyson.

I would highly this product for deep cleaning and easy to handle. Especially for the pet lovers. You loved this product!
