Q: Can I completely disable Alexa on this microwave oven?
A: Hello, the Alexa feature is not built into the unit. The oven works with Alexa for hands-free operation using voice commands. This has to be set up through the Amazon Alexa App or an Echo device. You do not need to use this feature if you wish.
Q: Can the black feet be unscrewed so that it fits in a cabinet above oven?
A: Hello, the microwave feet are not removeable. Also, we do not recommend installing the microwave above an oven or heat element.
