We bought this during a kitchen remodel. Finally had it installed 1 year after purchase. Microwave has not worked since installation. $2200 for a mediocre convection oven/no microwave combination unit. Most expensive mistake we made on a complete kitchen remodel. Latest attempt to use microwave was for popcorn, pic shows result after ended popcorn cycle. Tried again with time only, same results. Tried to boil water. Should have taken ~3 min. for a 900 watt microwave according to multiple websites. After 3 min, water @ 179 F. Should have been 212 F.

Under powered microwave like most drawers, fuse blew 1.5 years after purchase, fixed myself and 2 weeks later the keypad quit working which is apparently common for Sharp microwaves. Frustrating defrost mode requires constant intervention. Toaster only works on one side of bread. Convection works well. Overall - Expensive junk.

I like this product. I am still figuring out timing and have not used it for convection oven yet, but the look is gorgeous!

The device works, but poorly. The heating of all settings is very low. Everything works less efficiently because of the time needed to open and close the oven. I've had this device for over 2 years and I still have trouble with getting things to bake consistently. The air fryer does not function as a regular air fryer, and takes much more time to achieve similar results. Overall, for the money spent, I would have been better off buying a microwave, an oven, and an air fryer separately. Additionally, the panel has already gone out once, and I had to repair it myself as nearly no one works on this item and I live remotely. Extremely disappointed.

This thing is great! The convection oven is more or less a giant air fryer. Reheat sensors are on point and spacious enough. I could cook a turkey in it with no problem. Haven’t had a single problem with it. Pop out instrument panel makes it very convenient so you don’t have to bend over to program it. If I needed another drawer microwave, this would be my choice.

This unit is very expensive and yet it's very poor. The microwave takes 2-4 times longer than a cheap microwave. It lacks flexibility in settings for the convection oven. The concept is great, but implementation stinks!!!

I've owned this model since May of 2022. Air Fyrer has 4 pre-sets. Can't do something as basic as Chicken Wings. Microwave takes 3-4 times as long as my cheap counter top microwave. We rarely use this. Basically a $2200 "looks cool" kitchen feature. Had high hopes.

I will not buy another Sharp product. Spend your money on something else. 1) a 2500 dollar convection microwave that does not do convection 2) It sat in a box while our kitchen remodel went on for over a year due to Covid. So it was out of warranty before it was removed from the box. Brilliant 3) Cannot get a repair man to work on it. 4) Foreign Phone support unknowledgeable on product.
