This TV is fantastic for the price. Is it a high end $2,000 TV? No. Is it an awesome Tv for under $350 yes! Roku is awesome feature built right in. Picture is great for my needs of watching movies and TV. Amazone fire tv looks great through this tv. Don't hesitate just get it. It's $300ish bucks you can't beat it at the price point

Competitive price. Terrific picture. ROKU integration is a plus. But I can't figure out how my Samsung cable box can control the TV volume. It's probably the cable box, not the TV.

I got caught up in shopping black Friday sales when I bought this TV. However I am glad that I did. I am 60+ and typically a no-frills type when it came to watching tv. So this is new territory for me. My daughter and I set it up yesterday. Set up was easy and went quickly. For the pause live tv feature you will need a 16+ gb usb flash drive (which was not listed in the printed instructions). Also there is no familiar numeric remote which would allow you to change the channels by punching in the numbers. You must scroll through the channel list each time. I don't like having to do that. I do love the picture of the tv and the 55" size. Colors are vivid and sharp. I LOVE Roku on the tv. This is my first time using Roku and being able to view movies, tv shows, YouTube... without using my tablet or laptop to get the pictures on tv screen. Am looking forward to discovering more about using this tv. So for I am very pleased with my impulse buy.

The best part of the TV is the price for what you get. This TV look and seems to work the same as the Insignia brand 55 inch set but powers up saying Sharp. I'm guessing it is made in China for whoever wants to put their name on board. Roku works great, picture is good. The only thing I have noticed which is some what annoying is the volume needs to be much higher than other sets I have, almost to the ridiculous point but eventually you can hear the show.

I saw the reviews of lower size models from Sharp and decided to buy this 55'' inch model. Had it for $249 in the 2016 doorbuster sale!!. The package is very solid and well protected to avoid damages during transport. The unit is little bit heavy (due to its size I believe). Once its out of the box and connected, the setup is very easy. The picture quality is crystal clear! (This TV is better than my previous Samsung smart TV series 6) The built in Roku is fast and easy to use. we can configure the custom picture settings for each HDMI ports. Though the TV is 60HZ, I didn't notice any difference during movie play / game play. The Sound quality is pretty decent and meet my needs. Overall this is a Steal deal for this price and the product quality!! PS: I saw a review comment being entered in Bestbuy site even before the TV got released to public. (I thought it could be a fake one and didn't trusted it)

This is an affordable tv for its specs and size but in my opinion surpasses the quality of most of the other brands. There is always a bias to what your screen preferences are, some are too saturated, some dont have a fast enough refresh rate/frequency, etc. I have been sad since Plasma essentially went goodbye and was happy to find an LED tv that I liked that didnt do that weird new pseudo-3d tech most makers seem to be doing. Great colors, great blacks. The built in ROKU is awesome. Super quick (Amazon Video is sort of slow to start but thats Amazons issue, not the ROKU). 4K isnt prevalent enough to justify that money and unless youre watching a much larger tv or really close, you cannot physically tell the difference. If you arent planning on spending well over a grand on a high end OLED (or similar tech) I suggest saving your money and getting a Sharp.

I was looking for a larger tv for my bedroom. This Tv fit the bill. I have always trusted the Sharp brand. I have several Sharps Tv's throughout my home and never had issues with any. Better than average picture . I enjoy the easy access to the built in apps. Don't care too much for the remote. I wish I could program my direct tv remote. No on off button for Tv you need the remote to operate. Roku player is great and I love that you can add the app to your smart phone to have control functions

I was standing on line @ the best buy store during black friday with a couple of products that i was going to purchase at the register. I initially came to bestbuy because I was in the market for a new tv, specifically a 65" Samsung 4K tv for my basement but much to my disappointment, the tv's exceeded my budget. I've owned samsung products for years and so i wanted a newer, bigger samsung Tv. I refused to buy any other brand. Needless to say, i was only going to purchase my other black friday items that i had in hand until i noticed two (2) other customers in front of me purchase a 55" Sharp TV for only $270 (taxes included) Bucks!! I knew nothing about the quality of sharp tv's but i figured i couldnt lose with buying a large smart tv for $270. Lucky for me, i bought the last one! The bestbuy worker who helped me load the tv into my vehicle stated his family had the same sharp tv & they love it. I've had the product for a week or so and I am very happy with my purchase. I assumed that the roku tv would be supar in comparison to my other Samsung tv's but it has been absolutely fantastic. The tv intergrated seamlessly with my samsung sound bar, cable tv, & apple tv. The tv allows you to customize the home screen just to your preferences. If you are tech savvy, i also recommend downloading the roku remote app to control your tv & easily switch between video sources (i.e. Apple tv, cable box, roku). Though the exceptional black Friday price of $250.00 is no longer available, i would recommend buying this tv @ the regular price of $450-500 simply because its a great deal for a big sized tv that comes included with many amenities. To be honest, the roku sharp tv's picture quality does not compare to the other samsung tv's i currently have in my home, but it is a great great tv for the price if you are on a budget BUT want a large smart tv.

First this is 1080p tv, I didn't care for a 4k one. I found this TV to have a very clear picture and the sound to be adequate. Roku is a great platform and you can install Roku application on your smart phone/tablet or laptop to control the TV. The provided remote though is a bit disappointing. It is basically a Roku remote, with few buttons, for example it is missing an input button , close caption and all numeric buttons. You can do without them (by selecting from the on screen menu) or if you have a stand alone programmable remote which what I use right now. One other thing is, there is no dedicated buttons on the TV screen for volume etc. It has only one button at the back used as the power button and to select input, and if it used for any other thing, I didn't figure it out yet. It has no RJ45 socket (wired LAN) but the wireless option is solid and I have no problem with it. I have the TV for about 2 months now and I would buy again. I just wanted to point out some aspects that might help you deciding.

Found this TV on sale on the true Black Friday (not Thanksgiving Thursday) for $250. It has worked great for the last couple of months and was very easy to setup. The picture quality is good and the ROKU app section is very easy to navigate. As with most flat televisions, the volume leaves something to be desired but I have countered this with a sound bar purchase.

This is a basic hi def to with a few added bells and whistles ( exactly what I was looking for ) I wanted a name brand Tv ( no house brands ) and smart tv features built in . It was for the kids room so the low 60 hz refresh rate was a non issue. It's 1080p so the picture quality is pretty good. The Roku smart Tv features are awesome .

I purchased this as a gift for my girlfriend for Christmas and man oh man, what a difference. The built in Roku is stellar! The kids (and mom!) absolutely love it! The one complaint is that the natural volume isn't really that loud. You will have to turn it up quite a bit if you're in a larger room. Picture is great, the set up was a breeze. 10/10 would buy again.

My family got rid of cable and we needed a new tv for our family room. This was well worth the price since it had the roku tv included. Great picture and ease of use. Only 2 downers sound is rear projected so we had to get a sound bar and the remote has to pointed 5 ft away and directly at the sensor to turn the tv on.
