Since the end of April, I have spent several hours on the phone (mostly waiting on hold) for/with Best Buy Customer Service and I can say that I am VERY unsatisfied with the treatment I have been given. I have spent a LOT of money at Best Buy over the years and I promise I will never spend another penny and will be sure to tell all my friends and family about my experience as well as the Better Business Bureau and my state Representative! I have been waiting for someone from their SDF team to call me to come and get the broken one and give me a new one and that never happened. So, I called back only to be told that my case has been closed...nearly 2 weeks ago!!! They said I was notified via email that I should contact the manufacturer but I never received any email notification - EVER! Unsatisfactory is an understatement!

Brand new unit in our RV--sounds like a jet engine, very loud and annoying. Sharp refuses to honor their warranty and provide in-home service. Customer service is non-existent. Buy something else!
