Cus this thing is awesome! We love it, 2 min in the nuker and it lasts 10-20 min. Lavander smell is amazing. No problems with durability its built well. The grey side is hotter and the darker side is cooler.

The heat and ice option on this pad is very helpful for before and after an exercise or strenuous activity. Helps relax my muscles after a long days work!

Purchased new. Used once then returned. Very experienced with heating wraps/pads. Each one is different. Warmed for one minute, and came out cool, not even warm. Heated for another 45 seconds pulled out of microwave, fell to pieces at the seems and the beads burned my hand. Had to return. The cloth is too thin. Followed the guidelines to a tee.

Takes much longer to heat up than what directions say. (Directions tell you not to microwave it longer than 2 - 2 1/2 minutes. It didn’t even get “luke-warm” in that amount of time. (And we have a newer microwave 1000+ watt, so it’s not our microwave.) I ended up heating it for 4-5 minutes and turning it over or adjusting it to make sure it heated evenly and to get it to a suitable temperature where it was comfortably hot but not “burning hot”. The size and shape and feel of the pack are also very nice. It has some weight to it but is very comfortable and the lavender is a nice touch as it smells good but isn’t too strong. The heat only lasts for maybe 15-20 minutes before the pack cooled off in room temperature conditions. My wife has made a number of microwavable hot packs with rice that she sews inside very nice cotton covers if scrap materials she had leftover from other projects and makes various shapes and sizes of them for use on different body parts (or for different sized people.) Her homemade hot packs take only 90 seconds up to 3 minutes (depending on their size) to get hot in the microwave will last and hold their heat well for an hour or more. The only thing better about this hot pack is that the lavender in it helps it smell better than the rice hot packs (which after a few years of use sometimes have a little bit of a stinky or burnt popcorn/rice type smell and we throw them away and replace them). Purchased it when on great sale (50% off ~$10?) to try it for myself as an early Christmas present. Not sure I’d recommend it if you can make your own (or know someone who can.) But maybe worth it on sale for those who just need a comfortable Heat for neck and shoulders in winter time or for minor aches and sore muscles with some light “aromatherapy” from the lavender smell. My improvement would be better directions about reasonable expectation for heating time required in microwave (depending on size and power of microwave. And don’t expect the heat to last real long when using it. Will need to be reheated in 30 minutes.

I got this for myself to relax. The calming lavender scent, the soft feel, and the weighted aspect are lovely! Adds pressure in just the right places in the neck and shoulders. I like that it can be heated or cooled!

I recently purchased the Sharper Image Heated Neck and Shoulder Aromatherapy Wrap, and it has quickly become one of my favorite ways to unwind. If you're looking for an effective and incredibly soothing way to relieve tension and stress, I highly recommend this product. The design is brilliant. It's perfectly contoured to sit comfortably around your neck and drape over your shoulders, providing excellent coverage for those common areas where we tend to hold a lot of tension. The gray fabric is soft and feels great against the skin, adding to the overall comfort.

Nice neck and shoulder heating pad. Relieves tension and the lavender scent is calming and soothing. Comfortable and it is a great size. Works well to relieve pain.

The aroma of the lavender is very much needed when dealing with pain or even if you’re going through anxiety! I’ve had it for a month now and while I can say ive been really impressed there’s just a thing or two this misses the mark on. For one if you’re broad shouldered and have a muscular back this may just barely sit snug on you, rather it’ll fall off if you shifted your body ever so slightly. If they could just add a hook and tie system in the front, I would give it 5/5. Heating the beads are as easy as it gets in a modern microwave, freezing it is nice too but the effect doesn’t last as long as it being heated.

Excellent product! I highly recommend it for its weighted and scented qualities. It does not get very hot in the microwave and Ihave not attempted to freeze it yet. It has helped my neck muscle strain tremendously and I can wear it driving or at my workstation. Great product!

This weighted shoulder wrap is excellent! Design of stitching holds fill in place and helps the wrap shape to my shoulders. Similar wraps use either clay beads or organic material like buckwheat as fill. This is of the clay bead type and might be longer-lasting than fillers that can powder and sift out over time. Nothing electric, just quiet comfort!

I absolutely love this heated aromatherapy wrap! The design contours perfectly around my neck and shoulders, delivering even, gentle heat exactly where I need it most. Whether I’m winding down after a long day or dealing with tension headaches or muscle stiffness, this wrap provides instant comfort.

LOVE this heated wrap so much I just bought three more and was pleasantly surprised that the price has gone down perhaps for Black Friday. This is great for the neck and shoulders but the best part is the lavender scent. (And I usually hate lavender scents, but this wrap smells great!) It is so soothing and relaxing it makes me feel happy. It has truly improved my health because my muscles and mind relax (I use it to relieve tight TMJ muscles). LOVE it, LOVE it, LOVE this wrap!

WoW!!! This is perfect for getting my neck and shoulders relaxed and not feeling so tense! I prefer the warmth as opposed to the cold, but have used both in extreme situations. You won't regret this purchase! And the the price is SOOO REASONABLE!!!
