check your gift cards!!!!! my gift card show up in 2 days just try to use it today none of the gift card has any money on them called shell they said the card was never activated, called best buy customer service and they told me go to the local best buy store for a refund by giving the store the case # she created, drove 20 min to bestbuy and they said they can't do any refunds due to their system does not allow refund on gift cards, at the end no one was able to help so out of all the options i had to call my credit card company and file a chargeback to get my $135 back from empty gift cards, what a waste of time.

Purchased 3 x $50 Shell Gift Cards. Received them a few days later, but was unable to add them to the Shell app or check the balance online. Wasted close to 2 hours with Best Buy online chat and speaking to agents on the phone, each of whom gave me conflicting information - cards were activated, call Shell to get their help to use them, cards were not activated but could be replaced, cards could not be replaced... ultimately I was told the only option was to issue a refund. What a giant waste of time.

Maybe I'm in the minority here, but I was not satisfied with my purchase. I purchased these on May 13th and received them on the 14th, but neither of the cards I purchased was activated. The number of hoops I have to jump through to get them activated was not the sacrifice I had anticipated having to make.
