A: Yes if you have Bluetooth connectivity on your device. I use it on my laptop for conference calls.

A: press the power on button while not on a call and the headset will say power hi, medium or low . . .

Q: My work uses a program called Genesys for their phone lines, is this headphone compatible?

A: Yes! It’s just regular headphones

Q: How do these charge? Through USB C?

A: It’s a magnet included that connects via usb

Q: Does moving the mic all the way up mute?

A: The headset has a MUTE button

Q: Is the microphone removable to use the headset for working out or is this not the type of headset to use working out?

A: I use mine to work out and work. You cannot remove the mic.

Q: Will this connect to an iphone

A: Connects with any phone that has Bluetooth. To answer, yes it works very well with our iPhones!
