Picked up the Shokz OpenDots One for my running and gym sessions, and I’m really happy with them. Sound quality is surprisingly good for open-ear buds - the bass is solid and vocals come through crisp. Battery life gets me through multiple workouts easily, and the quick charge feature is clutch when I forget to charge them overnight. The water resistance handles sweat with no issues. Only downside is they’re not as loud as traditional in-ear buds in noisy environments, but that’s the trade-off for the situational awareness I wanted. I’ve gotten some of my family members & friends to invest into these earphones, they stay in your ear, great quality sound as well as when on the phone , cute design , good battery life, water resistance & great for working out. I highly recommend if you’re tired of AirPods & other earphones slip out of your ear while you work/ live day to day.

I've tried different styles and brands of ear buds over the years. The Shokz Open Dot are by far my favorite. The build quality is top notch. The functionality is amazing. They stay in place no matter what activity I'm doing and they are very comfortable to wear all day long. They are also very stylish as well. I highly recommend the Shokz Open Dot

I bought the Shokz OpenDots ONE mainly because I wanted something comfortable that doesn’t block my ears, and they exceeded my expectations. The clip-on open-ear design is very lightweight and secure. After a few minutes you almost forget you’re wearing them. What I like most is that I can listen to music or podcasts while still hearing what’s going on around me. That makes them perfect for the gym, walking outside, or even working when people are talking to you. The sound quality is very clear for open-ear earbuds. Vocals are crisp and the audio is balanced. The Bluetooth connection has been very stable and pairing with my phone was quick and easy. The charging case is compact and feels well built, and the battery life has been more than enough for daily use. Overall, if you’re looking for comfortable open-ear wireless earbuds that let you stay aware of your surroundings, these are a great option. I’m very happy with them and would definitely recommend them.

I was late to find out about open ear headphones. The concept/style is exactly what I needed. I do not like the other popular earbuds on the market because they are uncomfortable, hard to clean, and fall out easily. The open dot ones do not budge while still being extremely comfortable. The sound quality is great. The leakage is minimal to really none. I use them daily and rarely have to charge them. I love the fact they had great color options and look very minimal and stylish. These headphones struggle sometimes with phone call quality but I have no other flaws to report. I would buy these over and over again if I had to before going back to the other styles. I even found a pair on sale for $70 dollars open box. It doesn’t get any better than that!!! If you do not like feel of gooey earwax and earbuds fighting inside your ear canal, then go and buy these immediately.

I’ve had these Shokz OpenDots for about a week now, and I bought them with my own hard-earned cash. No freebie, no influencer deal, just a guy trying to keep his ears happy. My wife’s been raving about Shokz for years, but I stayed loyal to my AirPods Pros… until I stumbled across the Shokz kiosk at Best Buy and tried on every single style like a kid in a candy store. The OpenDots won me over, not because they’re flashy (they’re not), but because they just work—especially with glasses. They look a little different at first, but wear them once and you stop caring and so does everyone else. The sound is shockingly immersive. I wasn’t expecting that from something that doesn’t even go inside your ear. I turned on the Deep Bass setting in the app, and wow—these things absolutely punch. Podcasts, music, calls—they all sound crisp, clear, and far better than “open-ear” should allow. They’ve held steady on my ears through ruck hikes, a 4-mile run with sprints, and even cycling. ZERO slipping. No adjusting. My mind has been blown. And here’s a bonus I didn’t expect: While waiting at the barber shop with my son, I handed him one bud and kept the other for myself so he could hear a video I wanted him to see. It hit me—this is way more sanitary to share than traditional earbuds. Since they rest on the ear instead of in it, there’s no earwax handoff. Major win. A few standout wins: - Seamless switching between iPhone and Mac—just make sure to toggle that feature on in the app. - Battery life is no joke. After three hours, I still had 70% left. - Universal earbuds: you can stick either bud in either ear and they’ll still charge in any slot. Whoever designed that deserves a raise. Now, the nitpicks: - No volume control on the buds. I have an Apple Watch that can control the volume, so it’s not a dealbreaker, but I do miss being able to slide up or down like I can on my AirPods Pros. - After 2 hours, I start to feel a little ear fatigue. Not painful, just noticeable. It’s probably going to take my body some time to get used to this design so I can leave them in longer. - No “Find My” feature. If I lose the case, I’m on my own. Might need to slap an AirTag on it like I do when I take my kids to Disney haha. Bottom line: These are different-looking earbuds that sound amazing, feel great, and somehow manage to work better than any other Shokz designs if you wear glasses. Whether you’re logging serious workouts or catching up on podcasts around the house, these let you stay connected to your audio and your surroundings—so you won’t miss a beat (or a “Dad, come here!” from the other room). If you're on the fence, I was too. But now I get the hype.

We recently purchased 2 pairs of these Shokz Open Dot Bluetooth earbuds and could not be happier with them! The sound is amazing and they fit like a charm! They do not come off easily when you are working, working out or exercising either! They fit comfortably and snug and clean up easily if they get a little dirty from sweating. I hate that I did not have the Best Buy Plus Membership at the time we purchased these as we had trouble purchasing in it the store due to computer/register issues 3 different times, and could have saved some money on both sets as they went on sale not long after we got them! Other than that minor issue we both absolutely love them and would highly recommend these to anyone! Enjoy!!

Lightweight, comfy, secure fit—great open-ear sound!

This is the second pair of these that I've purchased. As a truck driver having a comfortable open-ear headphone with good sound quality is what gets me through the long days on the road. I've used various headphones from Shokz, and these are the lightest and most comfortable pair yet. I will admit it took a few hours to get used to how they sit on the side of the ear, but now I barely notice they're there. I really like the customization of the controls in the app, and personally I prefer to disable the 2 finger pinch controls so I can easily adjust them if needed without disrupting my music or accidentally hanging up when on the phone. The sound quality is also superb. They obviously won't compete with a high-end set of noise-cancelling headphones, but the range of clear highs to rumbling lows is the best from the brand by far.

Excellent sound quality. Very comfortable to wear for long hours. It's very convinient to wear at work and also be aware of surroundings. Love the battery life and quick charge. Seamless connectivity to Android phone. It also connects instantly. You could buy these and save $50-$100 on the similar Bose model.

These Shokz - OpenDots are really amazing. I have been very impressed with the sound quality for phone calls and music. I first tested a similar Bose product; the music sounded wonderful, but the calls weren't so good. The problems with calls were always on the other end, so not sure if Bose needs to work on the mic side of calls or what. However, I have no such issue with these. I also love the small case; it fits in my front pocket and is not bulky. I talk on the phone for 4-8 hours a day. The battery life is excellent, and they are also very comfortable. I love the open-ear design, as it lets me hear what is going on around me. I highly recommend them.

I was a bit apprehensive about purchasing a non-Apple product due to the poor connectivity I’ve experienced in the past. I decided to give it one last try due to how comfortable these Shokz- OpenDots One- open ear headphones were during the in-store demo. I have not been disappointed, the sound is clear for music and phone calls! The only thing is when I get into my car instead of my music playing on my stereo it will automatically switch to my ear buds after a few minutes and that a minor annoyance considering the price and over all quality!

Great pair of buds. Lasts a very long time on one charge. Stays on while I’m working out or doing chores. My husband liked them also and got a pair for himself for work. He’s had issues with other sets(AirPods) where they don’t stay on or can’t hear ambient sounds. Wears them all day without taking off. Sound is great , fit is great too no ear fatigue. Would recommend

Shokz OpenDots ONE are way better than the Bose Ultra Open-Ear for me! I sent the Bose back and kept these… These will not replace in-ears, IEM’s, or any of that nature - these were meant for a different audience, I used to use the AirPods 4 ANC, Pixel Buds Pro 2, AirPods Pro 2 (Type-C) as my “chill buds” but I am starting to pick these up as my dailies more and more. I run 3 times a week and have NOT had any issues with them falling out or having to readjust them. Give em’ a try -Sound Quality 10/10 -Comfort 10/10 -Price 9/10 -Build Quality 10/10

I got these earbuds in hopes that they would be more comfortable than my "in the ear" style. The "in the ear" style don't stay in place because one of my ear canals is too small. These definitely helped with that issue. I was also concerned at how well the mic would work since it is located somewhat behind the ear but it seems to work fine. I appreciate that they can be connected to more than one device concurrently. This really helps with working and going between phone use and teleconferencing on the laptop. The reason for giving only 3 stars is because if they are worn longer than about an hour, they become very uncomfortable because they pinch my ear too much (too tight). I don't think I have large/thick ears and I'm hoping with wear they'll loosen up some.

I have tried a lot of different ear buds, looking for comfort, and UlI can say I finally found them in these shocks one. I clean and go up and down stairs and travel a lot for work, they have not fallen off if my ears once. Sound is ok and it's great to hear if one of my kids are talking to me.
