These are the best darn open ear headphones on the market in my honest opinion. I have 2 for me and I bought my wife one & my 2 sons. I've had my share of earphones over the last 2-4 decades. I just love tech. So, I first got a pair of Shokz about 3 yrs ago & they were awesome - the battery life was unreal, sound quality & clarity was superb except I was getting headaches and my ears were just in pain but i really liked them so i just kept on using them until one day I went back to best buy & explained to the sales rep what was going on. So asked me to see the headphones. He chuckled and said sir, these are the MINI SHOKZ, needless to say I felt like an idiot & we were both laughing our azzes off. I felt so stupid but to be honest, I did remember the sales rep at the time telling me that they were Mini's but they were the last SHOKZ in stock so i bought them anyway. Anyway, this rep upgraded me from the Mini to the SHOKZ PRO 2 on my BEST BUY TOTAL membership. Man what a difference. I could literally not feel them on my head. I told my wife the story and she was dying with laughter regarding me using the Mini all this time. I don't leave home without them, these things last all day at work even when I work overtime like last night 14 hrs. I use these headphones religiously. I was still yapping the phone after i got home last night. My wife HATES any kind of headphones on her head or over her ears. She refused to try them until one day she did the unthinkable when I was at work, she tried them on and now she uses them to talk to her family and friends back in Australia all the time. She was tired of carrying the phone around the house, now she just puts it down and walk around talking away. She uses them to watch tv in bed at night as well. She likes that its so light, the clarity of the sound, she gets no headaches, she also loves the fact the battery use on it last all day. My boys were die-hard Airpod users whom also refused a new pair of these headphones, so when their Airpods crapped out on them, I bought them both the Shokz Pro 2 a couple months ago and sat it on their computer desks and they kept on trashing it before they even tried the darn things. Typical teens, lol. My one son came to us and said WOW dad, these headphones are the best headphones ever, sorry Apple, I'm a Samsung phone user, Android all day but every couple hrs my boys would be charging their Airpods non stop & they were hating it but they were to PRIDEFUL to tell us, because I would tease them about their Airpods. They now rave about these headphones all the time to their friends. Needless to say, my other son eventually fessed up saying, dad I'm not going to lie, these headphones rock, OMG. Yeah, so last night, I asked my boys if they wanted some Airpods for Christmas to add to the list, they were like really dad, yeah right. They want another pair of SHOKZ, just another color & my wife heard them, She wants a Silver one as her second pair among other gifts of course. I'm getting the orange one to match my orange watch You guys have created an AWESOME product. I never thought I'd ever be leaving a review for headphones like this product. Its also pretty kewl when other folks are like, hey man these are kewl, what are they & how clear are they since they're not in your ears, I would be like here try them on and they're like get the heck out of here, these are AWESOME, I'm like yep!!! I’ve been using my Open Shokz headphones for a while now, and they’ve completely changed how I listen to audio during workouts and daily activities. The open-ear design is honestly the biggest advantage — I can enjoy music or podcasts while still being fully aware of my surroundings. That makes a huge difference when walking outside, driving, or even just staying connected to what’s happening around me at home. They’re incredibly lightweight and comfortable. I can wear them for long periods without any pressure on my ears, which is something I could never say about traditional earbuds. The fit is secure too — they stay in place during workouts, walks, and even more intense movement. Sound quality is surprisingly clear for bone conduction headphones. Of course, they’re not meant to replace deep bass headphones, but for everyday listening, calls, and workouts, they perform really well. Call quality has also been excellent — people hear me clearly even when I’m outdoors. Battery life has been reliable, charging is quick, and the build quality feels premium and durable. I picked these up from Best Buy and I’m seriously impressed. The open-ear design is super comfortable and keeps me aware of my surroundings while running. Sound quality is much better than I expected, clear vocals and surprisingly good bass for bone-conduction headphones. They stay in place even during long runs and don’t cause any ear fatigue. Battery life is solid, and I love that it now charges via USB-C. If you’re active or run outdoors often, these are a game changer. Totally worth it!

I've been using Shokz headphones since the original AfterShokz Titaniums, with the bulky speakers. These are genuinly some of the best non in-ear headphones I've ever had. The bass is warm and powerful with the right settings (ei, not outside where cars are driving pass), sound quality is a major step up from previous generations, charging is barely 20-30 mins to full, and the new design means there is no vibration felt. I'd say the only issue I have with them, and this issue is a result of the redesign positives, is that the new USB C charging and seperate bass means these are NOT waterproof. My original openruns were fully enclosed and magnetically charged, so after a day of work and running, i could dunk them into water or wash them in a running faucet no issue. These you have to be more careful with, as the charging port and bass speakers make them susceptable to water damage. A fair trade off, but keep that in mind.

This are my first bone conduction technology buds, the quality of the sound is ok overall,but as per what tou can get in a work environment is perfect an clear, music sounds good, if someone talk to you inperson if you don't have the volume all the way up you can listen to them, otherwise you need to lower the volume down. The design is very esthetic, the color is beautiful (I have the blue ones), also are very light so you don't feel like you have them on, excellent for work and gym environment.

Great sound quality and stays on my head just fine. Battery easlily lasts the day. Range from Bluetooth device more than 30ft with my android phone and works with my old iPad touch.

I tried every single headphone to do workouts and none of them work as easy as this ones. They won’t fall from your head , they sound decently good, even if they are not sticking into your ear. If your focus is running, don’t look any further.

lest start by sayin there bone conducting you will not get the same empierce as the in ear or over the ear, there unique and on their own level, for what they are promoting there hitting it right on, durable, comfortable and the thing i like it charges in less than 15m and they last 7+ hours in one charge, love them. you can listen to what ever you like and also hear people talking to you or just ear your soundings.

I purchased the Shokz OpenRun Pro 2 headphones about 6 months ago, and honestly they’ve been excellent. For the prior year I had been struggling to clearly hear conversations on my phone, including when using other headphones, but these made a huge difference. The sound is very clear and I can hear the other person much better during calls. What I love most is that they don’t go in or over your ears. Every pair of headphones I owned before eventually became uncomfortable, especially after wearing them for a while. With these, I can wear them all day and genuinely forget I even have them on. They’ve helped so much with not missing calls anymore, and I also love being able to listen to audiobooks while still hearing what’s going on around me. That open-ear design makes a big difference. Definitely one of the best electronics purchases I’ve made in a long time.

It’s the most amazing pair of headphones I’ve ever had. They fit my head really well, the sound quality is excellent, and they have many features through the app.

Have had these for a couple weeks now, replacing a pair or original open run pros that ive had for 2 years. I like the usb-c plug and the sound is pretty good. The only issue is the battery does not last like the specs states. After 2 hours of use it says its medium level then another hour goes by and it says to charge them. I rather the previous version much better. That battery lasted all day.

I had neck surgery having to wear a brace made it hard to hold phone up to ear these headsets are great they don’t go into the ear it stays on the outside making it easier to talk and hear what’s going on around you hands free. Pairing was so easy the sound is clear people on the other end can hear you clear as well . Charge life is great . I recommend these over any of the other ear devices I’ve had

I finally found earphones that don’t hurt after an hour. These sit outside the ear so you can hear your surroundings. Great for outdoor activities which allow you to stay connected to family and friends. Would definitely recommend. The carrying case is great and headphones are easy to charge.

I purchased my first pair of OpenRun headphones a couple years ago when my son was born. I wanted to be able to watch my YouTube and movies while still being able to hear him wake up from his naps. I liked them so much I bought a pair of OpenRun pros. I have used these everyday since! Once you start having phone conversations on them you will never want to talk without them again! When I saw these OpenRun Pro 2 on sale and the nice blue color (only available at BestBuy) I snatched these up as well. The sound is better and everything I love about the first couple of pair are all in these!
