Building off of the success of the 2016 release Sid Meier's Civilization, Gathering Storm expands past the experience of the base game. Countless mechanics and additional systems help create a Civ title that reigns as a modern expression of a strategy title. Choosing to avoid industries that create emissions from fossil fuels may lead to a diplomatic victory moments before another leader wins by Science Cultural Diplomacy or Domination. Our sea levels are rising! Will Civilization stand the test of time? Great with friends and a near necessary expansion for Civilization fans. Don't let the change of the art style turn you away. I was not thrilled with the leader models at first but personality is unique and memorable. With 706 hours on V I was hesitant to commit to a new entry. VI with R&F & GS is a fantastic strategy game for players returning to the genre or newcomers.

Great add on, it changes game play dramatically. There are a few bugs as I have had a Spy get stuck in nowhere after he was mid-mission when a city flipped to join my Civilization. It's also impossible for a city built on a lowland to build a flood barrier once the city is partially flooded.

I read all the other reviews and bought it anyway. I am enjoying every moment of gameplay!

Got this for a gift for my boyfriend, and he absolutely loves it. I would recommend this!

The changes make the game more realistic though it also makes it longer. I would like it better if they kept all of the old leaders, especially of the US, when they add leaders. Likewise some of the changes need to be fine tuned and there might be a bug causing an occasional crash. However it could have been a flaw in my computer. Overall a nice upgrade, and perhaps eventually it will be IPad friendly?!

I love playing Civ 6 but it was getting a little boring, the new addition is great.
