The Tamron 28-200mm F/2.8-5.6 (Model AFA071S-700) is the world’s first all-in-one zoom to achieve a maximum aperture of F2.8 at the 28mm wide-angle end. Despite covering a wide range of focal lengths, the lens is lightweight and compact, making it convenient to bring along for all your picture taking needs. When combined with a compact, lightweight full-frame/APS-C mirrorless camera, it allows photographers to capture virtually every scene they encounter in daily use, travel, sports and nature. Tamron did not compromise on optical performance. The use of special lens elements—including LD (Low Dispersion) and XLD (eXtra Low Dispersion)- help suppress chromatic aberrations, making it possible to achieve high image quality from edge to edge.
