Simple mobile is ok. This is one of the cheaper plans. The 3gig per month is less than mint at the same price but it is too much hassle for me to switch.

Shipped to me 2 card but still inactive. I paid and i recieved 2 inactive card

Works great I would recommend if you need hotspot on the good I was moving and I needed this as I waiting for my internet service to be installed. I picked up and store and it was fast and efficient someone helped me process the order for pick up. 5 starz

SIMPLE mobile. Exactly. It's the reason why I will go so far as to say that I LOVE this cell phone provider! Everything about their service is SIMPLE! Simple to purchase, simple to setup & activate, simple to use, simple to re-up/add-on. It's all just very… SIMPLE. Especially including this product/service which allows you to re-up your prepaid monthly cell service for a flat rate & with the simplicity of a code emailed directly to to mere minutes after purchasing online (and in my case, via the Best Buy iOS app. And then there's the KICKER… TRULY UNLIMITED LTE DATA at the $50 +/mo price point. Plus reliable & speedy network performance riding on the cotails of T-mobile. Absolutely ZERO complaints, rather nothing but 100% satisfaction from this customer. THANK YOU SIMPLEmobile !

The price for this product was good. It was easy to buy through Best Buy online. However, it was somewhat complicated getting this prepaid payment to my cell phone because it was not readily apparent what information I needed to provide Simple Mobile. That being said, it was not impossible and, with a little bit of effort, I was able to get it figured out.

You can’t beat a phone service for only $25.00 a month. Data sucks only 3gb, but I’m around WiFi everywhere I go, so it works for me. No dropped calls, no stalling when using apps.

Bought this prepaid to activate SIM card for a rebate. This is a biggest, gigantic mistake I've ever made. I'm not comment on the service, but be very aware of their promotion-reward. I've spend two days, with three, two hours each, calls to Simple Mobile CS. On each call, they passed me through three, four and five people. The last one, on purpose, the CS spoke a very bad version of Indian-English. I have to say, please repeat that many times, then he ended with "thank you for calling Simple Mobile" and hung up before I can say anything. That is for five stars.

I have been using simple mobile pay go for a number of years. They use both T-Mobile and Verizon networks but I have remained on T-Mobile which is fine for my needs.

Pretty solid phone plan, 2 things I like about it is that 1 theres no contract and 2 their plans are afordable

Easy to buy and great price if you don’t need a lot of data. I usually have access to Wi-Fi so I don’t need unlimited data. The service is somewhat spotty if you are out in the country sometimes. Got it in my email quickly and was easy to input.
