I am happy with the chairs overall, but there were some hardware items missing. Upon contacting the company they advised me that parts are running 10-12 weeks behind. Indicated that I could purchase myself and they would reimburse me. I did just that, sent them copies as requested and have not heard back from them. At first I thought that ok one box didn't have all the hardware, but when I saw that neither box had the hardware it meant that the company was aware ahead of time and did nothing to inform the customer before purchasing.

[Employee of bestbuy] Great price. However the legs on one of the chairs was not even. Despite some modifying, I could get the legs to even out so chair kept slightly tilting.

Was hoping Best Buy could just get the chair company to resend correct legs…said that was not an option so we are returning the whole set and having to disassemble them for UPS pick and they could not tell us if we be 24 hours or 10 days before pick up… reordered chairs praying we have 8 espresso legs this time…the chairs did ship out fast should know by the weekend

Great chairs for the price. We've tried other brands and always returned them. The frame and cushion support are far superior than others. More comfortable than others. Using them as accent chairs.

Probably not going to be the longest lasting chair, but reasonably priced, ready to assemble, and looks good.

Easy to assembly. They look fantastic at my entryway.

Bought chairs for office. One chair had uneven legs. Had to use 1/4 inch sticker on bottom to make the chair not wobble.

Fabric wasn't connected to base and rips would pull apart after a few seating

Very comfortable chair. Feels very sturdy for a light weight product.
