Got my package unopen box but once I unbox it we noticed a bump, I got intouch with the company and I was told if the box was open etc I can complain if its working well I can't do much. So technically I have to keep am item that was sent broken. I even send the pictures and they also said its not enough evidence. It does what it say really hot water, cold water and ice maker.

I won’t ever buy from them again especially not a water dispenser machine. If you trying to purchase this item. Please STAY AWAY from this brand. I wanted a refund back because the 1st one didn’t work at all and now they sending me another one and I have a strong feeling this one finna be defective as well. I repeat don’t purchase at all. I would give it no star if I could !!!!
