Great gift reasonably priced
Bought this for our granddaughter. EASY setup. Instructions were simple enough to get her going quickly. Better quality than the last one we had bought her. Decent sound quality for her. It will take her a while to explore all the different possibilities of what she can do. Good product for the price!

Unclear about using with App
this is fun and has good connection through bluetooth. however it was not clear in the description that you need to use with a karaoke app, most of which cost money weekly.

Great value for a karoke machine
Super easy to use with a tablet stand built in, 7yo has no problem finding songs on youtube she wants.

Mic not working
First when I got it, it didn't turn on at all. Returned it and was shipped a replacement. Now the mic is not getting turned on. (Tried all the switches) I am hesitant to take it back to Best buy again. What should I do?
