I was honestly really impressed with this neck massager. The packaging looks clean and premium, and the storage pouch is a nice touch. It’s easy to fold up, store, or take with me when I’m traveling. The massager is simple to use, and the foldable design makes it really convenient. The massage strength feels just right, and the heat function makes it even more relaxing, especially after a long day sitting at my desk or looking down at my phone. Overall, it’s a great everyday neck massager and feels like a nice gifting option as well

I like that it does help neck pain and is very lightweight, but I don’t really like that you turn it on, and it starts going automatically. It’s just a small complaint, but when you turn it on in your hand to connect to the app, it starts going. You have to turn it on to connect to the app to adjust, so this is unavoidable. I would recommend that there is an on button, and a separate “go” or start button.

I’ve only had this product for a few weeks and I have seen a huge reduction in the pain and stiffness in my neck due to a car accident injury. Getting massages at spas didn’t help but this works those neck muscles in such a way that my range of motion has improved. My mother-in-law basically stole mine so I ordered another one for myself.

More Impressive than i expected works great and hells fast

This was my first time using a pulse massager, and I absolutely love it! That’s really relaxing! I keep mine at work and use it every day!

I did not like it, I returned the next day. It did not feel like a massage, I could barely feel it. I wont recommend this.
