I bought this because my back gets sore from carrying my baby. The heat and pulse functions feel good, and I like that I can wear it while doing other things instead of having to sit still. It helps me relax and makes my back feel better after a long day. The pulse sensation reminds me of the electrical therapy I used to get at a chiropractor. It’s not a miracle cure or anything, but it definitely helps me relax when my back is bothering me.

The heat function is probably my favorite part. After about 15 to 20 minutes my back actually feels looser. The vibration and infrared heat together make it feel a lot more real feeling.
