NOT RECHARGEABLE.

I asked a Q&A on here because I could not find the battery information (as of 05/03/24). An agent responded and told me it "has a rechargeable built-in battery." I received it today, and NO - it does NOT have a rechargeable built-in battery. I contacted customer support, and they said I must have received the incorrect item because this one has a rechargeable built-in battery, but that is NOT accurate - the box and SKU match this item. The information in the inventory they're looking at is incorrect. So, if you're looking for a rechargeable version of this - keep looking.
