Suffers an out of the box critical memory storage failure. Best Buy will not stand by the product, as it is apparently sold through the marketplace and they have nothing to do with it. Garbage PC will not run any game made this decade.

You can go through us for a replacement assuming you just got the computer or you can send it back for a full refund. You have to contact us through your Best Buy account and we'll take care of you. -Chris
