You really only need this when you move or buy a new appliance and realize that your outlet is somehow different, lol. Open the small access panel in the back of the dryer and see that is 3 cables and you need to swap it with the 4 wire cable. Follow the diagram in the back of your specific dryer and you should be golden.

My son and I installed this on our dryer when I moved into a mobile home when the grounding is different than a fixed home. The instructions were good, the materials of a good quality, and installation was very easy. The length of the code was generous.

Only option available at the time of purchase and needed for install. The cord bracket wasn't a great design or fit for my LG dryer but we made it work. Easy to install. Appreciated the how to videos.

This hasn’t burned down my home yet so that’s good. It was very easy to install and the colors were clear to see. My issue is how thick the cables are but i assume it’s a good reason

Dryer Cord is 6 feet, 4-Prong, easy to install well made

This 4-pin cable was just what I needed to install my dryer. It is strong, good quality and comes with the proper connectors for a secure installation. The length is ideal and I had no problem connecting it. I ordered it along with the dryer from Best Buy and it arrived on time. all excellent!

Didn't realize dryer's didn't come with the plug in cords anymore. That said, this is a very good quality plug set and was very easy to wire into the back of the new dryer by just following the supplied directions on the back of the dryer. It's a good quality product.

Good quality but wrong plug for my wall socket. Easy to install for anyone and I have no doubt one of my young grandsons could install this cord on a dryer. I would definitly recommend this item.

This cable is very easy to install and hook up. The quality of the cable is very good and glex enough to fit behind my dryer machine. You need to select a correct prongs for your outlet since there are 3 or 4 prongs.
