This water line we bought with our new lg refrigerator but ended up not using because would need to widen the hole to the water source in the basement, but would definitely recommend using, it is better than the plastic lines

Purchased with new Samsung refrigerator, which has the ice pitcher and dual ice. Works great so far, no issues, and easy to install.

I purchased the waterline kit to replace a copper line that was utilized on an my existing refrigerator. The new stainless waterline kit is attractive, flexible and tough. I’m sure we will get many years of use from this product.

Installation of my new LG refrigerator went well! They properly notified me when they would be here, and they actually showed up on time, were very friendly and professional and were gone within 20 minutes. They brought the appropriate flexible stainless steel water hose and had my icemaker in fresh water system operating within minutes.It’s refreshing to deal with a company who has the integrity to properly notify you and follow through with what they promise! I’d do business with them again in a heartbeat.

Love the refrigerator overall. It is counter-depth, which fits in my kitchen well. The ice maker makes / sizes of cubes and works perfectly. No handles on the doors is a big plus for me.

I love this French Door Refrigerator! It’s got plenty of space and is easy to organize. The slim ice maker is a big plus. I got the black stainless. It’s beautiful and is indeed smudge resistant. I haven’t had to wipe any marks in the few weeks I’ve had it. I’m hoping it lasts me a very long time.

Easy installation The 2 m a n crew took out over large old and replced with perfect new frige in less than an hour completely installed water line.

It's August 1st, I've been using this filter since April 2025. I love it. The water actually taste clean, no agter taste. Plus , I have a zero water pitcher which I also use to test the water from the fridge. Yes!! I double check and it's clean. I have a two door Samsung Fridge
