I thought I was overpaying for this can with a pedal, but didn’t want the not as sturdy plastic version. I am so pleased with this one. It is sleek, durable and the pedal operates opening and closing smoothly and I love the lid that keeps odors locked in. I think the price is worth it for the quality of this can. It comes completely assembled, so all I had to do was add the trash bag (20 included). The bag is secure, placed under a rim so it stays in place. Love it and recommend it highly!
