Sonos has some of the highest quality mounts I've seen in any speaker systems. Nothing is cheap about them. I just wrapped the extra cord around the mount....not ideal, but not much else you can do with my setup, as I made sure to put my electrical spots real close to the speaker. Hardly noticeable in real life, though. Very clean look since all of it is black.

Set up for Sonos mounts was so easy. Barely even needed the instructions. Had these bad boys set up in 30 minutes. Now my surround sound set is up and running

Great mounts, what stops them from getting 5 stars is that since it is on a ball mount, getting them to stay at an exact 90 position may be impossible due to the weight of the speakers forcing it down. Not too big of an issue but if I just had to nitpick.

Floor speakers didn't work for me but the wall mounts were what I needed. Very well built

I bought 2 Sonos speakers and a pair of wall mounts. I was unsure about whether I'd need the mount, but was told that if I didn't need it I could return it. I lost a week to an injury before I could set up the speakers. Didn't need the wall mounts - set the speakers on the fireplace mantle. Tried to return the set unopened. I went to the store 1 day after the exchange window, which I found out to my surprise was just 15 days! The store manager said no to a return - she didn't care if I was injured. "If I let you return it late, then I have to do it for everyone". Store credit? "No". The manager has no discretion? Nonsense. We spent over $14,000 at Best Buy the past year (inc. a media room). That's how they treat customers? I won't go back if I can find an alternative.

The perfect mounts for your Era 100s. Excellent quality with both material & build. And they look great on the wall.

The product is just fine, however the service at Best Buy, both in store and with Geek Squad home service, is worse than terrible. I can’t begin to describe how bad this was
