Missing bolts

I got open box and it was missing bolts for the stand. Best Buy support said my only options was to go in store and ask for bolts for the stand or return the tv. I went in store and workers and managers just said they couldn’t help me and that I should just return the tv since I didn’t get it from that particular store. I ended up just ordering some screws off amazon that ended up working. 3 stars because of the service and because they didn’t tell me that there would be missing pieces from an excellent condition item. Tv works fine. It’s the cheapest of the Bravia line for a reason but is good for casual use.

All My TV’s & Soundbars are Sony. So I Know it’s a Brand I Trust & Love the Quality of. With that said, I bought this back at the end of Nov. & have not had the chance to put it up, until now. (I was in the process of moving..) & like I knew, it’s Beautiful - the color, picture/graphics, it’s Bigger than I had expected and I am just Very Pleased w/My Purchase & can’t wait to watch some movies in it! *currently have just played my PS5 on it. lol

SURPRISINGLY VERRY GOOD LED with 4K UHD

Even though this is my secondary Tv,I can confidently say that the Sony Bravia 2 LED 4K UHD Smart Google TV has completely transformed my viewing experience. The 4K UHD resolution is stunning. Whether I’m watching movies, sports, or playing video games, the picture quality is crisp, clear, and vibrant. The HDR ensures rich colors and deep blacks, making everything pop off the screen. Google TV is easy to navigate, and the voice assistant works ok.I can actually control smart devices with just a simple voice command. The Google Assistant is responsive, and I like being able to link it with other smart devices around my house. Google Play Store is pre-installed It’s perfect for gamers, too—there’s little to no lag, and the graphics are kikk butt in 4K resolution. Plenty of HDMI ports, 2 USB inputs, and built-in Wi-Fi, connecting to my devices.It supports Bluetooth, so you can connect headphones or speakers without the hassle of cords. If you're looking for an all-around Economical but great lookin'TV, the Sony Bravia 2 LED 4K UHD Smart Google TV may be what your lookin for!!!! Highly recommend!

Great mid-range TV for the price. The 4K picture is super sharp and colors pop, especially with HDR. Google TV makes streaming easy, and it runs smooth with voice control. As a PS5 owner, I really like the gaming features—low lag and HDR tone mapping make a difference. Sound is fine but not amazing, so I’d suggest a soundbar if you want fuller audio. Overall, for around $450–$500, this TV feels like a steal. Rating: 4.7/5 – Awesome for streaming and gaming, just add a soundbar for the best setup. Would you like me to make an even shorter one-liner version (like what you’d see on Amazon or Best Buy reviews)?

Leaving no Crumbs, Just right!

It's very new! The OS is impeccable, and the system only requires that you have a Wi-Fi connection to run its update. I also like the extra HDMI port for my little NES gaming box, which I use to enjoy vintage vibes. The aura hits right on this screen and it's dripping with features that would leave crumbs at the end of the day. Would I choose this product again if I went to the store today? 10x yes! Sony Bravia has the right feel. I hope it makes you as happy as it's got me under its spell.

Happy with this new Sony TV

Had been intending to upgrade my bedroom TV to a larger screen, but finally was forced to when the old one started flaking out. I didn't need a super high end TV, but did want a good one. This is the perfect size for the room and having had several Sony TVs, decided I would stick with Sony. The picture is good, setup was easy, sound is good; overall a good buy at a reasonable price.

Good TV bad instructions

The TV itself is wonderful. The picture and sound are great for us. We don’t have a home theater set up. We mostly watch streaming shows and do not have a game console. There are 3 things that I don’t like about the TV. First is the initial set up. The directions for just opening the box and adding the feet should be simple but they weren’t. They were pictures with no text. The few words shown in warnings said to be careful of the screen but the picture show laying the screen side down to attach the feet. I used the styrofoam to support the back of the TV while adding the feet. It took a while to do the licensing agreements and other set up items took along time to get through. The part I like the least is the remote control. It has taken a few weeks to start to get used to it. The enter button and move up down right and left buttons are sensitive and you can easily hit one when you think you’ve hit another. It doesn’t have a talk to it function. I could read the instructions but see above/

However, we sincerely apologize for the frustration you experienced with the initial setup process. Your feedback regarding the unboxing instructions is incredibly important. We regret that this process was confusing, and we will share this input directly with our packaging and manual teams to improve clarity immediately. We also understand that the licensing agreements and other set-up items took longer than they should have, and we apologize for the tedious experience.
The part of your feedback we take most seriously is your difficulty with the remote control. We regret that the sensitivity and layout of the directional and enter buttons have made the TV cumbersome to use over the last few weeks. We are committed to making our remote controls intuitive, and your detailed critique of the design is invaluable for future revisions.
The remote for the K-50S20M2 includes a microphone button that allows you to give voice commands and search for content via Google Assistant. Please check the remote for that specific button, as utilizing this feature can make navigation much easier, especially compared to manually typing. We apologize if the instructions did not clearly highlight this powerful feature.

Purchased for my game room. Easy to set up. Settings options easy to understand to achieve the best picture and sound. Connected my xbox one and xbox x through my sound system using the eArc and 2.1 HDMI ports on the television. Excellent picture. Happy with the purchase.

$500 Movie Watcher — Set it Up Right, Though

Using the TV primarily as a small-screen movie/show streamer for the kids. Immediately set-up cinema mode and did some tweaks after a quick on-line search to find the best fine-tuning of cheaper Bravia panels. Picture now excellent for the $500 level (will it look as nice as a $3-5K cinema-specific TV? C'mon...). The sound is, well, sound, but it's $500. Add a soundbar if you want something more. If your thing is high frame-rate games/sports or OTA TV, then this review won't cut it for you. But, if movies/shows with a cinema look at this price-point are what you're after, this unit can do the job (just be sure to set up the panel right—a search engine is your friend).
