    Missing bolts

    I got open box and it was missing bolts for the stand. Best Buy support said my only options was to go in store and ask for bolts for the stand or return the tv. I went in store and workers and managers just said they couldn’t help me and that I should just return the tv since I didn’t get it from that particular store. I ended up just ordering some screws off amazon that ended up working. 3 stars because of the service and because they didn’t tell me that there would be missing pieces from an excellent condition item. Tv works fine. It’s the cheapest of the Bravia line for a reason but is good for casual use.

    All My TV’s & Soundbars are Sony. So I Know it’s a Brand I Trust & Love the Quality of. With that said, I bought this back at the end of Nov. & have not had the chance to put it up, until now. (I was in the process of moving..) & like I knew, it’s Beautiful - the color, picture/graphics, it’s Bigger than I had expected and I am just Very Pleased w/My Purchase & can’t wait to watch some movies in it! *currently have just played my PS5 on it. lol

    Nice picture, vibrant colors. Easy to install and use. Best Buy had a decent stock even after Black Friday.
