Absolutely Blown Away! My new Sony BRAVIA 3 is fan
CIx109 Posted
I am so incredibly pleased with my new Sony 55" BRAVIA 3 TV! The setup was an absolute breeze—I was up and running in no time. The picture quality is simply stunning. The colors are so vibrant and lifelike, and the clarity is so sharp that every scene feels incredibly immersive. I was a bit worried about the sound quality from built-in speakers, but I'm happy to report that the sound is clear and powerful, which is a massive bonus. A feature that has truly impressed me is how this TV handles older movies and TV shows. Thanks to the 4K HDR Processor X1, even my favorite classic content is upscaled beautifully, bringing back lost details and making everything look so much clearer. It's like watching them for the first time again! The Google TV smart features are a dream to use. Everything is so intuitive and all my favorite streaming apps are right there on the home screen. Navigating between different shows and movies is seamless. It feels like this TV was made for me. This TV has truly exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a TV that delivers on picture quality, ease of use, and overall performance, I highly recommend the Sony BRAVIA 3. It's an outstanding value for the price and a purchase I am extremely happy with. Thank you, Sony!

Great Basic Bravia TV
IanS Posted
I recently moved and broke my Bravia X950g and needed a replacement TV. I purchased a sony due to the superior upscaling they have in their TVs, and am satisfied with my purchase. The TV has a better processor than what they put in the 2019 TVs, and the upscaling works well. The speakers are probably slightly better than that TV, though i have speakers with the TV. I wish the TV stand was adjustable, for my center channel; but I will eventually wall mount this TV instead.

Hi IanS,
We are very sorry to hear about the unfortunate incident with your previous X950G, but we are absolutely delighted that you chose to stick with Sony and are so happy with your new BRAVIA 3!
It is truly wonderful to know that you immediately recognized the benefit of the superior processing and the improved upscaling over our 2019 models—that is exactly the benefit of our newer technology. We are also pleased you noticed the slightly better performance from the integrated speakers. We really appreciate your support and loyalty to Sony!

Excellent Value for a nice TV

Open Box provided an exceptional value getting into Sony quality products. We are seasonal so not using this TV except for a few months each year. Open box works perfectly for us. We have never regretted going this route. Best Buy is very fair I their ratings and offer superb discounts for open box items. Always add a soundbar as the TV audio is just adequate. Adding ATMOS/Dolby support really completes the setup.

Great color, quality is exceptional, very good sound, and I am happy overall with the TV. It does have a little lag time with changing apps and loading content that I didn’t have on my Roku. The remote could use some improvement. You must have a light to be able to find the controls other than the volume, channels and power button. My old remote was easier to use, and find the buttons from memory but was not lighted either.

We are so pleased to hear that you are enjoying the exceptional color, quality, and sound of your new K-55S30. It’s wonderful to know that, overall, the TV is meeting your expectations for a premium viewing experience.
We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding the app loading speed and the remote design. Transitioning from a different interface can sometimes take an adjustment period. To help with the "lag" you mentioned, we recommend ensuring your TV has the latest software update, as these often include performance improvements for app stability.
Regarding the remote, we understand how important ease of use is, especially in a dark room. Your comments about the button layout and visibility are very valuable to our design team as we look for ways to improve our accessories for future models.
Thank you for choosing Sony and for taking the time to help us improve!

Vivid Colors and High Contrast
MalithJ Posted
Switching from a Samsung Q60A 50" to the Sony BRAVIA 3 LED 4K UHD Smart Google TV has been a noticeable upgrade. The Sony model excels with its display capabilities, offering True Black and High Contrast, which greatly enhances the viewing experience. Every scene is vivid and detailed, making it a joy to watch any content. However, the TV is not without its flaws. The operating system can be a bit laggy, which might be a minor inconvenience when navigating through apps or settings. Despite this, the overall performance and quality of the display make it a worthwhile choice Overall, I highly recommend the Sony BRAVIA 3 LED 4K UHD Smart Google TV for its exceptional display quality, though it would be perfect if the OS fluidity is improved in future updates.

Hi there,
It’s a true pleasure to hear that your new BRAVIA 3 is delivering such an "amazing" experience, especially when it comes to those vibrant colors and smooth performance. It is high praise to be compared to OLED models, and we are delighted that the picture quality is making such a strong impression.
For a gamer, the BRAVIA 3 really shines thanks to its Auto Genre Picture Mode and Auto HDR Tone Mapping. These features ensure that as soon as you fire up your console, the TV optimizes itself for the lowest possible input lag and the most detailed shadows. When you combine that responsiveness with the 4K HDR Processor X1, you get that punchy, lifelike color that makes every environment feel immersive.
Thank you for trusting Sony!
