Best purchase for a Sony TV. The sound and image quality is great. I was able to set it up and get all the movie and tv apps without any problem. The remote control has the option to search for movies with just your voice. I highly recommend buying this tv.

Sony doesn't cater to gamers, sports fans, or movie lovers. Sony just makes good TV's. If you're looking for a TV to watch sports, TV shows, the news, weather channel, watch the occasional movie or stream apps you should consider this TV. I think most people will be happy with this TV. Though, it has 3 inputs and doesn't include Dolby vision, you're still getting your money's worth. The delivery by pilot went as planned. The box the TV came in is as flawless as the panel. You're getting a clear picture via an IPS panel. This means it has a lower contrast ratio, which means dark scenes in movies could look better. Using the cinema picture settings and adjusting the brightness to your liking can help with this. If you have a YouTube account Google TV makes it easier to use the app. Google tv has most of the popular apps people use. Though, I've noticed a few glitches, my Vudu app closed while watching a movie and the home screen loaded. Not sure if that's a common problem or the app malfunctioned. Overall, I like this 55 inch TV and think most people will. It's a more simple 4K led TV. Changing the picture and sound settings is pretty straight forward as is connecting a sound bar.

We had to replace our 50" Sony because the HDMI controller was going out. We really like this TV because it has great color and sound. I also like the applications being on the TV and not having to use a Fire Stick.

I love my new TV. I used to use Roku to stream all my apps. This tv automatically shows and plays all my streaming apps and make everything so much easier. It also gives me recommendations for shows and movies that I have actually listened to and enjoyed. The best is I bought this high quality tv for under $500

After doing some research I wanted a great TV for a 500 budget. This TV has great features I was looking for such as volume adjustments to, picture quality especially looking at dark or older films, and you can easy set up apps.

I am so happy with this tv. The quality compared to my old 32 in sony 1080p from 11 years ago is such a big leap in sharpness in picture, color, sound , resolution and frames when playing ps4 gamrs is amazing. I can see and read so much more clearly. Highly recommended!

The purchase was made for my mother in law. Her other new TV we bought her went out ( not from Best Buy), and the warranty department wasn’t helpful, so we purchased this and the warranty. Superbowl Sunday was saved for a group of elderly fans. Thanks Best Buy! She said this fits perfectly on her stand and was easy to setup (she is 76). The sound and picture quality is perfect! I now know I have to buy all of my electronics from Best Buy.

Tv has great picture but the apps are slow to connect lots of lag on this tv. Setup the google features and the tv gliched twice it’s definitely not google asst friendly. Ive had better sony brava tvs. If i could exhange for an LG equivalent i would. Definitely not the wifi cause i run on fiber and my other tv’s are fine.

Love my tv. I kept going back and forth between Sony and another tv brand, but I’m very happy I went with my gut and bought the Sony - 55" Class X75K LED 4K UHD Smart Google TV. First I bought the Sony X 75K 65 inch I assemble it but it was too big for my small living room so I return it and exchange for the 55 inch X 75K picture quality is just top-of-the-line but there’s a lot of people probably don’t know how to do the sound setting sound is great and loud if you go to settings and compress the sound will be very loud and if you like surround system you can buy sound bar $199 Sony but overall it was great price for $500 sit perfect on my TV stand ! Not to mention delivery people they were great picked up my 65 inch TV and deliver the 55 inch TV the same time so I don’t have to waste another day and returning

I bought this TV not too long ago & the picture quality is great, what i like about this TV is that the HDMI inputs are easy to find on the side of the TV, connected my consoles & has a good amount of HDMIs that i can use (for those who has more than 2 consoles) … 4/5 rating seems valid for me.
