Thank you for sharing your feedback, DreMenna!

We are so pleased to hear that your neighbor recommended Sony and that you are enjoying the great picture quality on your new K-65XR50 television. We engineer our screens to deliver a stunning and immersive visual experience, and your feedback validates that effort!

We also appreciate your honest comment regarding the sound volume. While we focus on a balanced acoustic experience, we understand the need for more volume in certain viewing environments. We recommend checking the TV's sound settings, some features can sometimes help boost clarity. Alternatively, we can recommend pairing your Bravia with a Sony Soundbar for a truly optimized and louder cinematic experience.

Hi DamianW,

Thank you for your honest and detailed feedback. We're happy to hear that after some initial adjustments, you're enjoying your BRAVIA 5, especially for gaming. The fact that the picture quality made such a big difference for you is a testament to the power of our XR Processor and its ability to optimize the picture for a truly immersive experience. We also love that you're enjoying the seamless integration with your PS5.

We appreciate you bringing up the issues you've experienced, and we'd like to offer some solutions.

For the Wi-Fi connection issues:
For the best performance, we recommend placing your TV within 25 feet of your Wi-Fi router for an excellent signal strength. Additionally, you can try enabling Simple IP Control by going to Settings > Network & Internet > Home Network > IP Control > Simple IP Control > Turn On. This can sometimes help with network stability.

For the Soundbar connection issues:
To ensure smooth communication between your TV and soundbar, please check that BRAVIA Sync settings are turned on. You can find this by going to Settings > Channels & Inputs > External Inputs > BRAVIA Sync Settings > Make sure it's on. This feature is designed to manage the connection between compatible devices.

We understand your comments regarding the remote and speaker quality, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. Your feedback is invaluable as we continuously work to improve our products. We're glad you're happy with your purchase and hope these tips help you get the most out of your new TV.

Thanks for choosing Sony!
