Premium Picture Quality with a Seamless Best Buy B

I recently purchased the Sony BRAVIA 8 II 65-inch TV from Best Buy, and the entire experience—from purchase to daily use—has been exceptional. The picture quality is absolutely stunning. The QD-OLED panel delivers deep blacks, vibrant and accurate colors, and incredible clarity. Movies and shows look cinematic, and even regular TV content appears noticeably sharper and more lifelike. Motion handling is smooth, making it excellent for sports and gaming, and the brightness and contrast hold up well in different lighting conditions. The Google TV interface is fast, intuitive, and easy to navigate, with quick access to all major streaming apps. Sony’s image processing really stands out, and the built-in sound quality is surprisingly strong—dialogue is clear and immersive without immediately needing a soundbar. I also want to highlight the excellent customer experience at Best Buy. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the differences between models, and the purchasing process was smooth. Delivery was on time, the TV arrived in perfect condition, and setup was straightforward. It’s reassuring to buy a premium TV from a retailer that stands behind its products. Overall, this TV is worth every penny. Between Sony’s top-tier performance and Best Buy’s great service, this was a five-star experience all around. I highly recommend the Sony BRAVIA 8 II to anyone looking for a premium 65-inch TV.

My one and only TV

[Employee of bestbuy] This TV is absolutely amazing and this will be my one and only TV for years to come. The brightness is insane and lowering it to minimum is a must if you are a night time youtube watcher before bed. However, during the day and for all other experiences, this TV is amazing. The OLED blacks are super dark and the colors are vivid. I got this TV for gaming on my PS5 and for the future PS6 eventually. 120 fps and VRR are noticeable right off the bat. Lots of customization in the settings to make it how you want. Crazy TV. Paired with a good soundbar, i’m set for a longtime.

Product was an open-box excellent. I basically bought a new tv at a massive discount. Picture is gorgeous. Can't beat that Sony processing. It's my bedroom tv, so the 'brightness' is just fine. Sometimes even too bright. Colors are gorgeous. Finally got the QD-OLED I've been pining for. Overall, excellent product.

Best TV I have ever owned.

I recently upgraded from my nearly 10 year old 55” Sony X900E to my first OLED TV. I was deciding between the LG G5 and the Bravia 8 II. I ultimately went with the 65” Bravia 8 II because my experience with Sony TVs have always been great. It’s no different this time. Sony nailed it, yet again. If you haven’t owned or experienced an OLED TV before, words and pictures really don’t do it justice. The sharpness, clarity, contrast and black levels are just something that a backlit LED cannot match. OLEDs are just on another level. It makes everything look amazing on the screen. I have my TV in a bright living room, and brightness is not an issue with this TV, which is something I was concerned about with it being an OLED. If you want the best TV available, this is the one to get.

Best TV I've Ever Had

Coming from a 65" Samsung QLED TV, and the difference is night and day. Everything is better from the contrast ration to the color clarity. The Sony remote doesn't constantly lose connection like the Samsung one did due to their Bluetooth antenna issues. The Bravia app is also leaps and bounds better than Samsung's Smarthings. This TV Connects with Google giving a seamless transition from your phone to your TV. There is so much customization in the menus that you can configure from your phone or the TV. Movies look great on this TV. I recommend getting a sound system for the full experience if you can afford it.

I own a number of Sony televisions but this one is my favorite so far. Bravia 8 Mk2 picks up right where the A95L left off with brighter highlights and better near black handling. This is made possible by Samsung's 4th generation QD OLED panel which offers more headroom. This is a more efficient panel but Sony has still tuned it judiciously. This is a good thing because it means the Bravia 8 II should be evergreen and allow it to age gracefully with little degradation. However, be advised the included remote is not backlit as one might expect. All manufacturers are going backwards when it comes to remotes and I don't know why! Do yourself a favor and purchase a replacement A90J or A95L remote separately to have a more premium feeling. If Sony were to release this in 77" this TV would be a lot more popular. A95L is still a fantastic option if you want a larger size. A glossy QD OLED with Sony processing is the trifecta for image quality!

[Employee of bestbuy] After owning this tv for about a week I can confidently say this is hands down the best tv ever created. The brightness and color this tv produces is simply amazing. There are many times while watching SDR 1080p content that it looks like its in native 4k. Having a Quantum Dot Oled panel with sonys level of calibration and dolby vision support makes this tv the superior option for those that want the absolute best tv for watching movies and shows.

Simply an awesome TV for cinema. I initially purchased one for the living room. Later, when my old bedroom TV failed I bought another one of these. There is simply no comparison to any other TV at the time of purchase. Just make sure your table is wide enough (60”)— for the feet and you will be good to go! I highly recommend this model.

Phenomenal TV, basically the best that money can buy. Highly recommend for anyone looking for the absolute best of the best in picture quality, accuracy, and contrast. I’ve been using mine daily now for a few weeks and still am in awe every time I turn it on, all my other displays pale in comparison. I got the 65 inch version and the size is perfect for my room, along with the really thin bezels.

I switched from Sony to LG this year for my living room TV and greatly regret it. I purchased this Bravia 8 II for my bedroom. I find myself now in my bedroom more than my living room because the processing and picture quality on the Sony is amazing. This is my favorite purchase in a long time. I highly recommend it.

Worth the price, great picture and sound. Had to do some tweaking with the settings out of the box but after playing with the settings I've never seen a better picture on a tv

Wow what a great oled tv. A bit bright out of the box for my darker living room. Viewing angle is superb and deep blacks. Highly recommend this tv. VESA mount is lower compared to my Samsung I replaced that resulted in higher mounting height. VESA extension should correct that. Digital audio output is mini toslink.

WOW! Incredible resolution and color. Simple setup and sound bar synch. Google streaming is user friendly with many available free and pay streams. Premium cost is giving premium experience.

We needed a new tv I've been looking at the 2025 lineup of Sony TVs I was going for Bravia 8 because of the price range while all along my desire was the Bravia II 65 inch I found it open box $1000.00 off we jumped on it my wife bought it for me no regrets, love love love it. So many nice features.
